Lovely office, cozy, comfortable, and great service from Mike! Will definitely be back! I noticed the next day while driving, that my anxiety was substantially lower than usual. Additionally, I felt more alert, my skin cleared a bit, and the sinus pressure I had been experiencing eased up post treatment. Mike did a wonderful job with the IV. I have no soreness or bruising… unlike the other times I have received an IV. On top of that, he had a wonderful setup with snacks, entertainment, and even brought me over a heated blanket when I got chilly. 10/10 would recommend to a friend :)

Mike was professional and knowledgeable about all treatments and their applications. My wife and I were able to get in same day for immune support IV. Greatly improved within 24 hrs. Highly Recommend!

Absolutely an amazing experience. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future myself. I had Mike help me out today and he was so beyond helpful and kind. I felt so relaxed and cared for. I just recently got super sick.. My immune system was shot and I was beyond dehydrated. I really really really did not want to go to the ER as the waits are long, youre surrounded by other illnesses, etc. I went in today to receive an immune boost IV and it truly did wonders. My body feels so much better and feeling motivated. 10/10 experience!!!! :)

Wonderful experience.. I have done IV therapy for about a year now at a great place in another state but the experience here was next level. Practitioner was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating and it didn’t feel “medical” at all. Sat on the couch and watched Netflix. Like going to visit a friend and there happens to be a needle lol. Feel great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Mike Balk and his team at Vivid IV Health are amazing! The business is run very professionally and efficiently, with respect to people's busy lives and schedules. Vivid iv is family owned and operated by a wonderful guy named mike, he’s like the Hulk of needles. Would not recommend anywhere else to get an iv therapy.

I’ve been to all three IV places in Grand Rapids and Vivid IV is by far the best. I prefer supporting locally owned businesses vs. a franchise. Vivid IV Health is a locally, family owned and operated business. The owner, Mike, has built the business from the ground up and his hard work definitely shows. The prices are clearly listed on the website, so you don’t have to worry about any surprises when you arrive. I also enjoy the calm atmosphere Vivid IV Health provides. Very clean and elegant business.
