Good and trustable company for urgent and smooth trademark filling. I have trademarked my 4 brands with them and they did a great job. Adam Brown, one of their agents was so polite and clearly explained each step and fee. They got reasonable service fees and no back to back service fees were asked to pay. Recommended.

The team was professional and responsive during the process, and coordination was generally good. However, the job was not completed as agreed. A requested update to the correspondence address, including adding my email address, was not done. Overall, the service is acceptable, but missing agreed modifications affected my experience.

Scam This is a scam. I followed all the procedures, paid everything, and in the end I never received my trademark registration number. Now they say that everything will be canceled and the trademark cannot be used.

Just started my application I recently visited their website and got in touch with one of their IP officer, Mike Daniels, through the chat. He made sure I fully understood all the details, including the procedures, total cost, and time frame for the entire process. He also ensured that I wouldn’t fall victim to any scams, especially with so many new companies emerging daily. I've just started my application with Mike, and I’m feeling very optimistic that this will be advantageous for my business.

Great Experience! They get an attorney to review the application before it's submitted, unlike some of the other services that came up when I searched the service. Were able to make modifications ahead of application because of a pro-active attorney and thus avoid later fees for correcting the application. I'm very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the occasion arise.
