Last Thursday evening I was in full panic mode. My 92 year mom bottom denture broke in half and I called around with a wait and see solution was told from a few dental offices she has to come in ( keep in mind she has dementia so she won't have a clue what has happened :( ..it was after 6pm so Visionary Dental Lab was going to be the 1st on my list in as soon as the morning came. As soon as I called I got to speak to a very pleasant Terence who asked me to send a picture or I can bring it in..within minutes of sending a picture, he advised me it can be fixed today estimate time and 1hr or 2. When I arrived he reassured me its fixable! Well it was an hour and when he came out they looked brand new as if it never broken in half! Thank you Visionary Dental Lab for your amazing service you saved us! I will definitely refer friends and family.

I cannot recommend this company. I have a case that has been incognito for 6+ weeks. They are very hard to communicate with. They do not return calls or text in a timely manner. I had to call and text several times to get a reply. Their response is “Were busy”. I had sent a case through the Postal Service, as requested. I sent it for signature receipt to protect the contents of the case. They were not available for signature so the post office left notification and advised them to pick it up from the post office. It has been sitting there for 6 weeks. Their response again” we are busy and I don’t have time to go to the post office. It is your fault it is not completed” I now have to start this case over. Very dissatisfied with their professionalism and accountability.

Can’t say enough great things about Visionary Dental! Terence really stepped in and helped my mom when she couldn’t find a reputable source for her dentures. Not only was he able to help but he helped with a sense of urgency considering the prompt turn around time. The craftsmanship is top notch and because of his EXCELLENT work my mothers confidence was restored with her new dentures that look unbelievably natural! So glad I was able to find Visionary Dental because in addition to dentures they offer other services/options that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else such as the options for silver + gold crowns. This business does it ALL I recommend Visionary Dental to EVERYONE looking for quality work. Thank you again Terence!
I cant say enough good things about Visionary Dental Lab. The owner has far exceeded my expectations and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. The quality of his work is superior. He provided professional yet friendly service and the results were second to none. Visionary Lab comes highly recommended!
