Pre-Heather (2023), I was in a state of overwhelm and paralysis. I was juggling a lot alongside my work and the accumulating anxiety and exhaustion (I'm AUDHD) was smothering my confidence and ability to get anything done. My work is of the utmost importance to me (in so many ways), and it wasn't an option to have some time out.
From the start, Heather really listened to me in terms of what I struggled with and what I needed. She introduced me to systems and adapted them for me to help with organising, prioritising and completing tasks, saving time along the way. I have been able to relinquish tasks my brain couldn't face or fathom.
Heather has enabled me to do the work I want to do, that I'm best at and to tap back into my creative side. And she completely revamped my website!
Our weekly co-working sessions are amazing. No matter how I show up (and it can be a rollercoaster with me!), Heather meets me where I'm at. Her emotional support has brought back my calm and restored my self belief.

I honestly don’t think I would manage being a pretty full time mum 2 kids under 3 whilst running my business without Heather. Whether it be having someone to bounce an idea off, some admin I just don’t have the time at my desk to do or something I just need taken off my plate, Heather is always compassionate, intuitive and bloody brilliant!
