I recently boarded my dog here for one night, and I was very disappointed with the experience. When I picked her up, she had a bite mark on her face and cuts on both back paws. We had clearly communicated that she should not be around other dogs, and it seems that this request was not followed. Given that she was only there for less than 24 hours, I find this especially concerning. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this facility for my dog's care.

Aggressive Staff
The lady that did the rapid was aggressive towards my pet. Very severe and nasty to me, the pet owner. I used VIP Pet Clinic before and will not be back. I've already informed others that scheduling with them is not a smart idea. Other team members tried to be kind and helpful. Please provide additional customer training to staffs.
Untrustworthy
Untrustworthy in terms of pricing. They make you believe you're getting a fantastic price while failing to indicate that the booster shots are an extra charge, even though their 'Choice Package' clearly includes them. And we thought that these folks were good and honorable in the way they market themselves.
