Thank you Villas My daughter has lived here for 3 years now and it’s always a pleasure visiting her. Mandy the leasing agent has been a pleasure always assisting us. The community is nice and calm. family oriented and I feel at ease knowing she’s in an amazing community the staff is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and if we have any issues. Nick have stopped by a few times and is always prompt to handle any issues we have.
The new manager is amazing you can see the changes that have been made is such a turnaround. Landscaping is beautiful now, the staff is so sweet. I plan on recommending a few people to the community. If I didn’t own my current home I would also plan on moving here. Thank you Mandy and staff at The Villas for a piece of mind!

I have had an excellent experience working with Karina Lauriston at the Villas of Wyndham Lakes. From the very beginning, she has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process.
Moving can be stressful, but Karina has made everything feel easy and seamless. She is always responsive, answers all of my questions, and has guided me through each step with patience and kindness. Her attention to detail and genuine care makes a huge difference and has taken a lot of the stress out of finding a new home.

I lived in this community from 2022 to 2024, and leaving was incredibly difficult for me. Unfortunately, job changes forced my family to relocate to Marquis, which devastated my kids. They missed having a playground, couldn’t enjoy the pool on their own as teenagers, faced challenges riding their bikes, and dealing with noisy neighbors playing hockey late at night was particularly frustrating. The list of complaints goes on! We all wanted to return to Wyndham Villas as soon as possible because it offered my children the freedom to truly be kids.
So, I made it my mission to come back! Yesterday, on 5/5/26, I met with Karina, who welcomed me with a smile and assisted me with the application process right there on the spot. She stayed late, until 7 PM, ensuring everything was completed, and I was approved! It was the easiest process I've ever experienced. I’m thrilled to be returning, and my kids can’t wait to enjoy their childhood again! Today, 5/6, everything is finalized, the lease is signed, and the deposit has been made. Karina deserves a vacation for all her help!
