Great time in Asia
Recently arrived back from 21 day private tour through Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Had a great time. We went with VietAsia Travel after knowing where we wanted to go, how long and when. VietAsia Travel was very competitive on the pricing and the Itenery was great. All of our guides were on time to pick us up at airports and from the hotels every day. Although the weather was over 100 degrees (37 Celsius) we still visited everything that was planned. If I had any concern would be that our day trips were more like 5 to 6 hours long, although that might be because of the heat. I would still go through VietAsia Travel again.

I have had a long relationship with Mr Do Ha in planning this trip. I found VIETASIA TRAVEL a few years ago and finding multiple positive reviews on TA, decided to give them a try. Do Ha. Has been so kind and patient with us from the very beginning. We had to rebook several times due to the pandemic, knee replacements and a wedding we needed to attend in Great Britain. Each time he was very helpful. Finally we made the trip and everything went so very well. We were extremely pleased with the attention to detail in each port of call. Our guides were wonderful, always wanting to please and helped us negotiate the complexities of Southeast Asia. The drivers were the best…it takes a lot of skill and patience to drive in the cities we visited. We were kept informed by Do Ha about changes in our flight arrangements to and from Seim Reap and our hotel resort was very very nice and comfortable…..good choices were made for us. I highly recommend the amazing people at VIETASIA Travel and especially Mr Do Ha…..we would have been lost without his help.
A Wonderful experience in Laos
Our recent trip to Laos was excellent and I have to thank Mr Do Ha for the very efficient way in which he planned our itinerary. We were a party of four and this was our first time to Laos. We had specific requests regarding accommodation and some of the sightseeing and nothing was too much trouble. Our guides were very knowledgeable and English was proficient. The drivers were very good - we drove in Luang Prabang, then took a train to Vang Vieng and afterwards drove to Vientiane. Our favourite place was Luang Prabang and we would love to return for a longer stay. I have no hesitation at all in recommending VietAsia travel who will turn an itinerary into a bespoke trip if that is what you want. Thank you to all at Vietasia Travel.
14 unforgettable days in Vietnam
It's hard to capture our two-week "Best of Vietnam" adventure in words. Along with nine other women, we experienced the tremendous hospitality, sites, and culture of Vietnam. From the very first interaction with Do Ha to our actual arrival in Vietnam, the communication was prompt and clear. The company made our requested adjustments to the itinerary, allowing for some much-needed free time at the midpoint of the tour. Our guides were tremendous - Moon (Hanoi), Thuy (Sapa), Hoang (Hue/Hoi An), and Finn (Ho Chi Minh). They were knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly kind. They recommended restaurants, tailors (in Hoi An), and took a ton of pictures of our whole group, which we really appreciated. Each of them went above and beyond, to make our time with them, in the regions where they live, special. The other travellers in the group had never been to Asia and hadn't been on a guided tour like this. Honestly, the quality of this trip - the transportation, hotels, food, and excursions - have set the bar impossibly high for any trips we will do in the future. As an aside, my parents also travelled with VietAsia for three weeks (Vietnam/Cambodia) prior to our trip and felt the same way. We have happily forwarded the contact information of this company on to many of our friends, who can't wait to explore the wonders of this beautiful country. I can't wait to bring my family with me next time.
Logistical Experts
Within out 17 day tour their were many moving parts and places for things to go awry. But everything was planned well, all the drivers showed up, the guides all spoke English and met us where they were supposed to, the hotels had our reservations, the plane rides all went smoothly as did the overnight train and the overnight cruise. This company took very good care of us and answered all our questions; and we ask alot of questions. They had good recommendations for tailors and even were willing to step in and assist when a flight delay caused us to miss all our connecting flights. AS this was our first trip to Asia we were very nervous, but they did a great job ensuring we could enjoy the beauty and adventure and not worry about the details. They were recommended to us by a friend and I would pass on that recommendation,
A mystic trip with excellent memories.
Our Laos/Cambodia trip was wonderful. Everything worked out perfect and indeed it was and will be an unforgetable holiday. The guides were just outstanding in both knowledge and positive attitude. Fabulous Trip planned for 4 older travellers
Hoang Duong Crafted a very comprehensive trip for 4 senior adults, covering Thailand, Siem Reap, Vietnam .Our guides and drivers were excellent as were the vans . Every second of our 3 week trip went beautifully. All flight details and hotel accommodations were perfect. The itinerary was smartly designed so we saw the most important sights comfortably. Also, they secured our visas for us. We highly recommend this agency who made themselves available during the course of our journey for special requests above and beyond the call of duty!! Hoang Duong was very professional and extremely competent. We got everything we were promised, smoothly, graciously and happily. We had a grand adventure!
Professional, attentive, and superior value
Ms. Duong of VietAsia helped us plan a 4-week private trip in Vietnam/Siem Reap/Thailand and stayed readily available throughout to execute highly memorable and delightful experiences. All the guides/drivers at various locations were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Hotels Ms. Duong arranged were excellent - many of them were boutique hotels with local flavors. Prior to deciding on VietAsia, we explored a similar itinerary for a small group trip organized by a US based travel company, and we find VietAsia delivers a superior value. A big advantage of a private tour is that you can change sightseeing plans on a dime with discussions with your guide. Highly recommended for a custom, private tour in the region.
Top-Notch Customized 3-Week Tour of Vietnam for a Fantastic Experience!
Our adult family of 3 from the US just completed a 3-week tour of Vietnam through VietAsia and we give them our highest recommendation!!! We worked with Mr. Do Ha to customize a trip to experience Vietnamese culture, history, geography, food and art in urban, mountain and rural settings in the north, central and south - and the experience was beyond our expectations in terms of what we learned about this magical and fascinating country, the memorable sights we saw, and the fun we had! Mr. Do Ha was amazing in terms of communication, recommendations and accommodation to our needs and interests in the planning of the trip. For the trip itself, his selection of guides, drivers and hotels was excellent. Everyone was on time to pick us up at the airports and hotels. The only very slight negative was that two of us thought that one of the guides was a little over-zealous, but we all agreed that we would rather have that than a guide who was indifferent or unknowledgeable. It was particularly important that we had local guides in Hanoi, Sapa, Hue/Danang/Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. They provided us with information and insights into the history, the area, and current-day culture that we never would have experienced without them. In addition, we received recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see in our free time. We loved Vietnam's variety of geographic beauty, the friendliness of the people and the deliciousness of the incredible food, which we think is the best in the world! We would absolutely use VietAsia again for any travel in the countries of southeast Asia that they cover.

Excellent memories in Vietnam
Four of my family members visit Vietnam contact with Vietasia agent and excellent service from Veitasia from tour planing to end of the tour. my tour package 10 days (02 days Hanoi, One day Hallowing bay in crusise night , 02 days Da Nang, 02 days night Phu Quoc and 02 nights at Ho Che minh city.) Internal flight arrangement ,ground transportation, comportable 3 star hotels arrangements and tour guide arrangements excellent. time plan is very good throughout the tour. We contacted Do Ha from Vietasia travel after a recommendation from a friend. Our trip was booked pre Covid and we had to cancel our trip at last minute. This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had. Starting with our tour organizer, Mr. Do Ha, who helped us to plan every detail of this trip and who was the main reason to choose this company among all others. He was always available to respond our questions and to help us choose the best options. All the guides that we had during our tours were very professional, always on time and making their best effort to make us feel confortable and happy. The hotels, were also very good and well located. We highly recommend this country if you plan to visit these amazing countries.
Beautiful tour of Sapa
It was a good tour. I was a little skeptical about the tour company because i hadn't seen too many reviews, however the tour company was legit. Mr Do Ha was very responsive to all emails and queries we had prior to booking. We had changed our pickup location last minute, and although our new location was outside of the pickup zone, Mr. Do Ha was able to arrange for a private van to pick us up to take us to the bus station. Ms. Vang, our tour guide, was very charismatic and very sweet. The restaurants she took us to were great, and she was able to check us into the hotel seamlessly. The price of the entire tour was very reasonable and I would surely consider booking a Viet Asia Tour again.

Best tour organizers in Vietnam
VietAsia organized a complex tour (hotels drivers, guides, flights) of Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Saigon, Dalat, Danang, Hoi An, Hue, and Hanoi seamlessly. Excellent customized tour of Vietnam for our family of 6, who were aged 11 to 76. We saw everything from Halong Bay to the Mekong delta, with Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An, and HCMC in between. The guides were excellent, with broad knowledge of the region, and very flexible accommodating our needs. Air conditioned vans to takes us everywhere -- it was easy for all of us. Really well organized by VietAsia travel, and I strongly recommend their services.
Fantastic 9 Day Vietnam tour.
We used VietAsia following the reviews we saw, and it was a great decision. From the point we made contact the preparations for the 9 day tour (North to South) was just as we wanted. We arrived in Hanoi, and did a short tour before heading off to an overnight boat trip in Halong Bay. Back to Hanoi for a flight to Hue and toured Hue, then Da Nang and Hoi An. Finally onto Ho Chi Minh to see the city and the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta. I cannot fault the organisation for the trip. The communication was quick, clear and efficient. Our guides and drivers were always there on time to meet us. The guides were full of the relevant knowledge and assistance and the drivers were excellent in navigating the madness on some of the roads. Would highly recommend VietAsia travel and would use them again should we revisit this area. Excellent service all round.
