We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience with our 360 booth service was not satisfactory. Our team is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. On the day of your visit, our staff had no choice but to intervene due to multiple complaints and disruptive behavior observed directly. Specifically, your actions included pushing in line and intimidating other guests, culminating in being verbally offensive and rude to our male and female staff members. Our male staff member had to remove you from the service to protect our team and other guests, ensuring we could continue providing excellent service. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse or bullying. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, it’s important to acknowledge the context and broader feedback. Unlike the vast majority of our respectful guests, your behavior was unacceptable. It is inappropriate to leave a 1-star review intending to damage the reputation of our business based on your own actions. Following the event, we have already received two additional bookings from attendees who were so pleased with the customer service provided by our team that they have booked our services for upcoming events. Additionally, we have received other positive reviews specifically praising the professionalism and dedication of the same staff members who were working yesterday. Thank you for your feedback.
