WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
I have so many things to say about this firm
First, they’re customer service is a totally disappointment
I hired an Inmigration lawyer BUT my case was handle it for so many paralegal persons and I never meet the actual lawyer himself
I ended up canceling my case because I get divorce before this office complete it my status
I was with them for almost 6 years and my case never was concluded, I know with start the case right before the pandemic and many office was closing because of that
I was the one behind my case checking status with Immigration making phone calls to get update on my case because this people never did, when I was canceling my case with them I ask them to give me my documents and took 2 week for them to gave it to me and on top of that never received my personal documents they give me the Immigration copies shush I already have it with me. Useless
Another thing very very lack of communication between them.
They always set me on scheduled without asking if I was available or not
At the end after I called to the consulate to ask for my interview appointment 30 days after I received my interview citation BUT it was already late for me because of the divorce
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND ME FROM THIS OFFICE TO THIS COMMENT,
I don’t want to hear from you at all , you took my money because all my fees was paid in full including immigration fees and now I have another case with a real LAWYER and is no more then 4 months and already received good news from USCIS

Tuve una mala experiencia con esta oficina para renovar mi residencia, ellos tuvieron el error a la hora de aplicar y en resultado mis documentos me han llegando con el nombre y otras coasa incorrectas, ala hora de hablar ala oficina para decirles de su error y para que lo arreglen ellos contestan con que no es problema de ellos y que si quiere que se arregle ocupo volver a someter todo y pagarle a ellos de nuevo $1,500 por año que es error de ellos no mío!! Además de esto he perdido un vuelo que tenía ya planeado vistos de vuelo y hospedaje ala basura!! Gracias a lo in profesional que est esta oficina ahora me toca ami estar solucionando las cosas directamente con immigration por algo que yo les pague el servicio a esta oficina para hacer, PIENSEN BIEN ANTES DE EMPEZAR UN PROCESO CON ELLOS!!!

Just had a simple question and the Assistant speaks English not very well and does not comprehend. On top of that she reprimanded me for her not understanding. I’m sure the attorney is great but the assistant is not .

I have used this office for multiple different immigration needs. I want to say that I am very impressed not only by the firm but also Julian himself. He is always available when I have questions. Everything is explained very well. I’ve made a previous review in the heat of the moment that’s now changed but the review was about the front desk staff and not pertaining to the immigration process. I do feel the front desk people need to practice their customer service skills but everything else you are in good hands.
However it is very hard to make a payment. The office staff says they will charge your card and they never do. Or they never give you a receipt it’s a big fight and pain to make a payment to pay off your balance I’m agrarian stuff is 5 stars but 1 star for the office staff who answer phones they are gonna make me have a bad payment history when in reality it’s their fault
