Great catering for asian weddings! Food was delicious - lobster and chicken weren't overcooked as you would find from many other caterers. Machi and his team kept up very strong communication.

Engaged Machi and Vi's catering to cater our wedding with the classic asian menu. General consensus was that all the food was great, with the lobster and abalone being the highlights. Eric (floor manager) was super attentive throughout the night and ensured the food kept coming out in a timely manner. Would recommend Vi's catering to anyone looking for an alternative option to your usual Silk's or Crystal Palace catering.

- Our tasting was great and the options given filled our needs superbly. - The email communication was quick and helpful. - The kindness and the in person meeting was reassuring and settled our nerves with regards to catering. - Our guests loved the food. - The pricing and the way Vi’s accommodated our smaller wedding was excellent. The only downside was our special request of the bar opening while my wife and I were away for photos didn’t happen as planned.

Thank you Machi , for making our engagement a fantastic night. Our engagement was held at the GS Reception, on Saturday 23rd March 2024. Our catering service, we had was Vi’s Classic Catering. Vi’s staff did an amazing job looking after all our guests and family at the tables.  We didn’t have to  ask the staff waiters to top up our drinks they have already top up the drink for us and folded all our napkins on the tables. The food was delicious and very well prepared by a professional chef. All our guests and family had a fantastic time on our engagement event at the GS Reception. Thank you Machi for looking after our guests and family for our engagement at the reception, you and your Vi’s staff waiters had done amazing job looking after us. We really recommend Vi’s Classic Catering to anyone that is planning to have birthday, engagement or wedding events because Machi and Vi staff waiters look after you from the start  til the end. Much appreciated and highly recommend for any upcoming events. Thank you once again Vi’s Classic Catering !

Machi will go absolutely above and beyond for every couple. There is so much planning and consideration that goes into every event Vi's catering does, and it really shows on the night. Every course was timed to perfection, quick service, the dishes were delicious and the managers + wait staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Do not hesitate to book Vi's catering, their food, service and dedication to each event is incomparable to other caterers.

We went with Vi's catering for our wedding. Machi from Vi's catering was great to work with. He was very flexible, responsive, and honest. The catering was superb! All of our guest loved the food. There were absolutely no complaints. Also there are not a lot of caterers out there that offered live seafood in their packages and this was what made Vi's stand out. Machi and his team were also great to work with. They listened and took direction well. It was also great to have Machi available and onsite overseeing the catering and ensuring it all went smoothly. Thank you Machi and your team for making our wedding memorable. If we have any large events in the future, we will definitely choose Vi's catering again!

Machi from Vi's classic catering looked after us very well. The whole process from our first tasting to our wedding reception was smooth and Machi is very thoughtful and does a lot to ensure that everything goes smoothly. The food is amazing, the lobster is FRESH and delicious and meaty. The trio of entrees is to die for and the staff are very attentive. We were initially 'rejected' by another caterer because they considered our wedding too small, but it worked out well because we found Machi and we know that he would give his absolute all no matter how big or small the wedding. David and I went with Vi’s Catering for our wedding on 9th Dec 2023. I have to say, one of the best food we’ve had at any of the weddings we have been to. Parents, relatives and friends were all impressed with the food and service. Staff were polite and friendly, everything went smoothly. The food was delicious, the lobster deserves a special mention since it was fresh and cooked to perfection. A week later and my in-laws can’t stop talking about the lobster :D Machi the owner was there in person on the night making sure everything is as planned. Thank you so much for making the wedding a wonderful one!!

Thank you Machi for catering my nephew wedding on Saturday 2nd December 2023. We had an amazing night and we all enjoyed watching your Vi’s team perform the welcome guests presentation. Your food came out so quickly and I was really surprised. Your peking duck, stuffed crab claw and spicy quail was delicious and your presentation on your dish was just amazing. Machi your lobster was very fresh, soft and delicious. Vi’s catering staff and Machi had look after all our guests from the start to the end. They have excellent team work and very friendly service. I really recommend Vi’s catering service for anyone that needs catering for their wedding or party events. Vi’s catering have excellent customer service and they always put the guests in their first priority. Thank you Machi, you and all your staff have done an amazing job for catering my nephew wedding, the bride, the groom, my family’s and our guests had an awesome night.

As the organiser of the 2023 Double Ten Day Celebration Dinner Function, one of the most significant annual events from the Chinese Community. With 480 guests, a full house in the Springvale City Hall successfully completed on last Tuesday 10th October 2023. Thanks to Machi, the owner of Vi's Classic Catering and his team, with their friendly service and delicious food on the night. Machi is very experienced to cater for Chinese Community events. His service not merely provide nice food, reasonable price but also happy to work with the organiser to come up with a unique menu. Highly recommended any events you would have with Vi’s Classic Catering Service.
