My experience with Vibeke was interesting, fun and life-changing! She helped me to understand myself better, what was blocking me and how to overcome the obstacles (or perceived obstacles) that were in the way to living a more purposeful and focused life. One that is uniquely mine. I loved her methodology which was intentional, fun and different and really got to the root of me and my own unique abilities and passions. But she also helped me build a strong base to move forward from so I could feel strong, healthy and balanced. Vibeke's approach is truly holistic in the sense that she works with you as whole person and all the inter-connections to help you find the true you that is in there. I can truly say after having worked with Vibeke I feel more connected and aligned to my true being and purpose and am forever grateful to her. Thank you Vibeke xo

I started working with Vibeke six months ago and it was at time in my life where I felt lost in all different aspects and I needed a mental reboot. Vibeke is a gifted life coach and her intuitive, sensitive listening skills allowed me to be able able to clearly articulate a future vision for myself and define my priorities to achieve greater work-life balance, dealing with personal toxic relationships which were having a significant impact on other aspects of my life. I’ve always wondered what a life couch was and now I know .. I’ve have worked with Vibeke for many years in the past at a previous company and when I heard that she was a life couch I jumped to the opportunity...I am 100% a believer .. Vibeke helped me realized what was blocking me mentally that was holding me back .. She gave me the tools to understand how my thought process was holding me back from a life that I have always visualized for myself .. It changed everything for me. . I’ve had less than 6 sessions with her and I am stronger then ever .. I believe in my self again . . Her sessions are easy, fun and you come out learning something new every-time . Her level of preparedness and professionalism were outstanding, and the suggestions/insights/homework she provided were all immensely helpful and accurate. A friend of mine put me in touch with Vibeke and we met up for an initial session. Immediately, I noticed that Vibeke was very personable and easy to talk to, but the thing I liked most is that she was very mission-oriented, focusing on the reason I'd come to her (getting my professional life in order). Vibeke walked me through the ways that I was handling things (procrastination) and helped me to set my goals in a different, more achievable way with a lot more direction. Her guidance has set in motion a clear path to achieving what I want in life and I could not be more grateful.

Vibeke came into my life almost 6 years ago. I know her personally but I have also had the chance to do several coaching sessions with her. My life has changed so much since I met her.  Through our discussions, my cartesian mind began to open up to spirituality and the possibility that there is something greater than us in the universe. More concretely, since we met, I have released 18 pounds putting me at my ideal weight.  I have started exercising again and I have found the energy and passion in life to do the things that really drive me. We worked on many blockages that had prevented me from living my life to the fullest, starting with my lack of self-esteem. For example, I was terrified of driving and I overcame this phobia thanks to our sessions. I gained in autonomy, and I found the courage to resume studies in a new line of work. I am now completely fulfilled in a new job that corresponds to me 100%. Plus, I'm more confident than I've ever been 😊.  Thank you for everything! Do not hesitate, Vibeke is amazing!
