Where is our family VHS?
Lodging this review/ complaint on behalf of my mother who sent an old family VHS (recorded by my granddad in the 1990s of family memories) to be converted to DVD. It's been 7 weeks since she last heard anything, and she paid £45 for this service. If it's not possible to do the conversion, please could the video be returned to her as this is irreplaceable and precious. The tape was collected by DPD on 21st June 2023 and not a peep has been heard since and we're now in to August. Either this company has folded without anyone's knowledge, or it's a scam. She has tried ringing multiple times and no one ever picks up. PLEASE RETURN THE VIDEO.

Beware this company
This company has had my precious VHS tape for 7 weeks with absolutely no contact since they took my money. I have messaged, emailed and rung them several times - no reply at all. The phone just rings and rings

Fantastic service from start to finish! Excellent communication throughout. We had an old VHS tape which had treasured cine film memories on which we wanted to transfer to USB. Tom provided frequent regular feedback to advise when would be ready & when we had problems with the formatting of the USB resolved the issue without delay & personally delivered the USB's to us. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Tom and Jen are simply two of the nicest people you could ever meet! They were just so understanding of how precious my camcorder footage was to me, they kept me updated at all times and went to a great deal of effort to make sure everything was absolutely perfect in every way, and that my precious memories of family members that are no longer with us is safe and preserved forever.
Tom collected the tapes from my home and delivered them back to me once everything was safety saved on the cloud. The service they provided was professional at all times and such good value especially considering that these memories are priceless!
Thank you so much Tom and Jen I have recommended you to so many of my family and friends, as I want them to be able to enjoy their precious footage again too!

Wow! What a fantastic service. Tom was very quick to respond and produce a beautiful conversion of VHS to digital media for me. The footage was of my father being released from POW Camp in Korea and as you can imagine was very special to me and my family! Can't recommend this company enough! Thank you so much Tom.

Tom transferred four of our 30+ year old vhs tapes to digital for us. Communication was excellent, he explained every step of the process to us and, hey presto, in a matter of only a few days there they were on the cloud ready for us to download and watch at our leisure.
