The whole experience from my initial call through to completion of the job was excellent! Katie handled the initial inquiry with real professionalism and knowledge, and managed the booking, installation and billing with expertise; Murray (director) came and inspected the site and made recommendations for products suitable for my needs - his expertise and experience gave me the trust in his firm and products to proceed with my order; Marty (unsure if name is correct, sorry if not!) did the installation - he turned up on time, worked quickly, was polite, professional and helpful with advice on security. Following installation the place was left clean & tidy with instructions and a walkthrough of how to use the products. Overall - very satisfied and priced competitively and therefore highly recommended!
