If you're not buying something (i.e., if you need service assistance) DON'T GO HERE. Save your time and gas because if it's not commission related, good luck. Don't order online and expect them to help you--non commission requests apparently encroach on their commission opportunities. My situation never escalated but the rep literally encouraged me to switch my accounts to T-Mobile as the best solution. A subsequent live agent call resulted in a mutual solution in 5 minutes. This is a Verizon owned store and corporate should be embarrassed. The live phone agent was in disbelief with the recommendation to switch carriers. You can't make this stuff up. You'd think a service issue would be better handled by a corporate store -- I've discovered the opposite and have had way better sales service at the contract (TCC owned) stores in the area. Never again. You won't be getting a second chance earning my trust or confidence so please don't suggest that.

Going into a corporate location, I wouldn’t expect to hear racially insensitive comments. Cameron needs sensitivity training. He’s not someone I’d want to work with.

We recently upgraded our phones, and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at the Greyhound Pass Verizon store. First of all, the store is very nice. But, more importantly, the salespeople that work here work so nicely together. Our rep, Jeff, was a fairly new employee and he was amazing. If he couldn't answer our question, he promptly asked a colleague for assistance. The colleague provided assistance without making it seem like Jeff was intruding. They genuinely want Jeff to succeed. Kudos to the managers who worked right by his side. Thanks for a great experience!

It's well laid out, clean and tidy. The staff is helpful and courteous. If you are a Verizon customer or looking to be one it is a good place to shop. I needed a new SIM card for my new Pixel. It took more time than it should have but they got the job done.

We came in on Saturday to switch from a different company. We entered the store, no one greeted us, no asked if we needed any help. No worries they were busy well wait we thought. About 40 minutes later someone else came in to the store and they were immediately greeted and added to the wait list. I went up to someone and asked hey we've been here for a while, no one talked to us no one told us about getting registered. They told us we were fifth in line and it would be another 1 or more hours. We just left, this is the third time we have come to this store to try and get help. It always either system is down or we get ignored. Verizon really needs to work on their customer service...
