I have been going to Venture for the last 2 years and they are great, honest mechanics. I have an older car that always has something going on and they are great at explaining what is urgent or safety related and what is not. I also love their quoting system which breaks down everything you are paying for. As someone not too familiar with cars and car parts I know I can trust them and their expertise to keep my old car running and keep me safe driving it. I had a weird light issue that would work and then not work again, and they ran down every single option and continued to look into it even when I had given up and was just bringing the car in for oil changes. Low and behold they fixed it! Turns out a previous owner had done some work on the door the wiring was where it shouldn't have been. You know it's a different type of shop when you can tell the mechanics love what they do and enjoy solving a problem. I will also add as a woman we know how it can be at mechanic shops (if you know you know) but I have never felt that way at Venture. I would recommend Venture to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I received a written estimate in advance. They were ready for me when I arrived. They asked good questions about the performance problems. Also I was shown the defective parts. The work was done quickly at the quoted price and solved problem . I am very pleased plus they had really good coffee. I will be returning.

These guys are awesome went to CMP they gave me a tag of $2800 but did not find any leaks they said to continue we need to change this and that and test more. 2nd opinion to venture same report but said drive it for a bit and see if anything arises. As.nothing is leaking. Been a week all good (knock on wood) so far.

I’ve been to Venture now several times. My old FJ cruiser and my Tundra. I’ve also sent my son in law. This place is by far the best mechanic shop I’ve been to. Ever. This time I had a few small items to check and the solved them all. One item wasn’t able to be fixed as tire sensors weren’t available and they didn’t charge me at all for diagnosis. They pre approve everything’s and keep in touch with progress . These folks are amazing.

Very easy to deal with. I am from out of town and after searching for a garage in Alberta to do work on my car while visiting I came across Venture Motorworks. They understood my particular situation and office staff very helpful on first meeting and work was completed as expected. Online booking made it easy for me to book and didn't have to do it during regular business hours. I didn't need to use it but they have customer drop off and pickup while your car is being repaired which will be handy for future services.

This auto shop is beyond excellent! Fast, reliable, and cost-efficient. They completed all the repairs as discussed without trying to push unnecessary services and purchases. I had real trouble with my car after an oil change at one of the chain shops, which almost turned into a disaster, so these people were very nice to wash my engine compartment as a complimentary service. 100/100!

Not going to share specifics of my car problems but I’ll share my story. Went for an out of province inspection at Kal Tire.. this was a massive mistake.. it was unpleasant and felt like they were trying to fleece me. Took my out of province inspection to VM and had them complete the re-inspection after I fixed some issues. It still failed due to a legitimate problem, but the customer service, the kindness, the straight forward no bs from Graham and the team was beyond appreciated. I regrettably cannot remember the woman’s name who was at the front desk but she was very knowledgeable about the processes and was pivotal in helping us get through a frustrating situation. Not only that, they got the parts and fast tracked my repair so that I wouldn’t have to complete a re-inspection and have to pay more money, then it gets better.. the price was less than I expected! He also put my license plate on because I had no screws or tools with me. This review is in no way a literary masterpiece, but I hope anyone reading gets the idea… GO TO VENTURE MOTORWORKS IT IS THE BEST.
