I highly recommend Mr. Sampson. I had a consultation with him and he was extremely professional, polite, empathetic, understanding, and most importantly, ethical.
It is clear that Mr. Sampson not only has a strong grasp of the law, but is dedicated to helping people out of bad situations. I reached out to this law firm for escrow services and faced a series of questions on my initial call. Subsequently, a 30-minute consultation was scheduled for 2:30 pm. When they were delayed for the consultation, I made a follow-up call, only to be bombarded with questions once again by the receptionist. Eventually, I was connected to an attorney who insisted the appointment was set for 2:45 pm, contradicting the 2:30 pm time stated in their confirmation email.
Very unprofessional.
I do not recommend!

It's truly disheartening to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. As a law firm/small business owner trying to do my very best for business owners in my community I take this kind of review to heart. This is the first review of this kind we have ever received and I can honestly say that it ruined my day to think that someone would leave a 1-star review without ever really seeing what our firm can do. We never want anyone that interacts with us to have a bad experience. Sadly, it just seems that we were not the right fit for your matter.
To clarify, you originally scheduled an appointment the day before and I called exactly when scheduled. You indicated that you were not ready for the call and you had to call back because your husband was not with you at the scheduled time. I later learned that you called back to main reception and were unable to reach me. I sincerely apologize for that and made sure that reception does not make this same mistake again. Trying to make it up to you, I made sure to get you right back on the schedule in less than 24 hours and that is when there was a 15-minute confusion in the appointment time. When I called for the appointment your husband was very upset with me and my firm and that is when I told him we probably would not be a good fit and he hung up. Less than 2 minutes later we received this review. I apologized to both you and your husband for any confusion on the appointment time and for any difficulty reaching me.
Please know that this is not reflective of the level of professionalism and service we strive to uphold. We value your time and understand the importance of clear communication and punctuality. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Should you reconsider, we would be more than willing to reschedule and ensure a smoother consultation process for you.
