I had an extremely disappointing experience with DHC Translation Services Ltd. They charged me over £100 for express services right before their Christmas holiday shutdown, despite my clear communication about needing hard copies before my deadline. Upon reopening on January 2nd, I was informed that my translation would be ready by January 5th. However, they offered an expedited service for an additional £15 to receive it a day earlier. Even after paying, I was told to pay another £15 for fast postage, as the hard copies hadn't even been dispatched (I only received electronic copies, which were useless to me). To my dismay, the promised delivery dates passed, my deadlines were missed, and by January 7th, I still hadn't received the hard copies. Requesting a refund only resulted in more electronic copies sent to me. Their service is unacceptable, and their apparent scamming for money is completely unprofessional. They should not be operating in the market.
