Seriously???? Closed on weekend!!! Waited for them to call me back about my two dogs need heartworm and flea pills. They never called back. Now they’re due on Monday which I don’t have them. Guess they suck’s now

Our two one-year old golden retrievers, Teddy and Blue were in for Life Skills training with Debra last week. She was wonderful with our two boys and gave us really helpful instruction and handouts for practicing and carrying on with the training at home. They were both pulling on the leash and were very difficult to walk. Debra gave us practical guidance on how to correct this behavior and in 5 days' time, they are doing so much better! She also gave us really helpful behavior tips and has such a calm, kind and firm demeanor that our dogs really responded to. We are trying to practice all of her pointers at home, so that our dogs will be not only the sweetest boys around (which they already are) but also the best behaved : ))

Am a first time puppy owner and so glad I found Debra and VCA pet lodge. They were recommended to me by a vet at the shelter we got my puppy from. The facility is spotless and all the staff so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Deb is like a dog whisperer and Louis (my puppy) absolutely loved his time there. The first morning he was shivering and nervous. Day two his tale was wagging and he was desperate to go in. I feel much more confident now too. Thank you! Highly recommend.

They genuinely love my dog. No matter which vet we see, we are pleased with how thorough the exam is. They give you all of the treatment options with prices on paper and don't pressure you for a decision.

We recently enrolled our 6-month old puppy, Winnie, in the Puppy Head Start training program with trainer Debra Cole at VCA Range Pet Lodge, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Debra's professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment we scheduled the 2-week program. Drop offs and pickups were seamless, thanks to the efficient coordination by the staff. Throughout the program, Debra provided detailed, documented feedback on Winnie's training progress, which allowed us to actively participate in her training journey. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of scheduling Winnie for grooming during her stay. The entire staff, including Debra, radiated positivity and genuine care for the animals they work with. It was evident that they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work environment. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the results of Winnie's training and grooming experience at VCA Range Pet Lodge. I have been taking my two dogs to the Range Pet Lodge for daycare for over four years now. They love it! They always come home tired and worn out. During the summer they have pools for them to play in and during the winter they can play outside in the snow or play inside where it is nice and warm. I can't say enough about the staff. They are amazing! Always loving and caring towards the dogs. They are like family to us!

Deb and the staff were wonderful with our 5 month old puppy. I found everyone to be very professional for both the boarding and the training. The board and train program is a great addition to the boarding. We used the Range Pet Lodge for our other dogs and are thrilled to be able to use it for our new puppy. The daycare program is wonderful. The staff know the dogs and interact well with all the dogs. My puppy comes home happy and tired and is always excited to go back. All of my experiences with the Range pet lodge, from daycare to boarding to training, have been very positive. The staff care about the dogs (and cats, too) and it shows! Thank you to everyone there!

Daycare at VCA Range is my dog's favorite activity! She loves the attention from the kind and caring staff, plus all the fun activities. Even though she's an older gal, she still enjoys quality time with her canine and human buddies. I appreciate the outstanding and always-friendly staff and how wonderful they are with Bronwyn. The staff is skilled and they are not trying to pack in as many dogs as possible. This is definitely a 5 star daycare and boarding facility!

Our boxer Franny benefited greatly from her week of life skills training led by Debbie Cole. She seemed to enjoy her time there. We have been practicing as Debbie recommended and can see the improvement every day. It’s obvious Debbie is passionate and committed to her craft. The facility is absolutely immaculate and all of the workers friendly. This is a great place. We also boarded Franny there and were very satisfied.

Our year old basset hound Otis was a rescue and was poorly behaved. He wouldn’t come when called and most annoying he jumped on us and everyone who visited. Even though I had gone through training sessions for years with many other dogs I had, including basset hounds, Otis was a challenge. We hired Deb Cole to do a week long life skills program with Otis in mid August and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Otis responded so well to Deb’s training and she was excellent in communicating to us better ways to handle Otis. It made a big difference in our everyday lives and we appreciated the written tips when we left so we can continue working with our sweet boy Thank you Debra. We appreciate you.

We are so thankful for this facility and our pups love it too. Our 2.5 year old goldendoodle has struggled in the past with anxiety and socializing at other facilities but from day one Debra and the staff ensured he was around the right friends and he is having a blast at daycare! Our four month old comes home happy and exhausted as well even after just a partial day. Debra trains both pups and is patient with us (humans) and amazing with them. Definitely recommend The Range Pet Lodge and thankful for the great staff and care!

The Range Pet Lodge has been a huge part of my family’s life for many years now. We’ve used training, daycare and lodging for our two boxers. Deb, Katy, Kim, Mary, Bobbie and the rest of the staff love our pets as much as we do. I highly recommend this business.

We used Deb to help train our lab puppy. She was excellent! Cannot recommend enough. She helped us learn how to manage our puppy's endless energy, and helped with simple training that will benefit both the puppy and us for years to come. All positive reinforcement based. She also worked around our busy schedules. Definitely worth it! Thank you all!

My cat, Whitney, stayed here for a couple of weeks while we were in Europe. She’s 19, and this was her first ever boarding experience. Thank you to everyone who made her stay pleasant and comfortable. Thank you to Debra and Kristin for sending pics of her, which made me feel at ease that she was in great care. I highly recommend!
