On Feb 20th 2026. My heat does not work. Only replace the board ,but he run out, run in my house to get the tool, 3 times total 2 hours .But the company must to me payment all the time he works. why ? It is does not fair for customer. the staff did not say how much charge fee the labor before he do and the part around $400 but the bill is 567 not tax . I will not recommend for other person. they do not honest about the price of service .

As we already discussed with you this issue, the tech was there for 2 hours. We reduced it to 1.5 hours as a courtesy, and you stated he needed to grab a tool which is false information. He went to our local supplier to pick up the part your furnace required. This was way more than reasonable considering drive time to site, time on site, time to go pick up the part to then return to install it.

They were able to fit me in super quickly, fixed my pipe the same day they came to check what needed to be done. Devin was the technician who attended to fixing it and was very personable and knowledgeable, thank you for your hard work! Fair pricing for what needed to be completed. He is knowledgeable, passionate, and brings over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. I called Variety and Mark came out within an hour to look at both furnaces. Mark walked us through the issues, explaining and showing so we understood. We decided to go with 2 new furnaces. They came out the next day and completed the job. Variety will give you the straight talk on what’s happening, allowing you to make an informed decision. No upselling, friendly and 5/5 on craftsmanship. Prices are competitive and a touch cheaper than the competition. Highly recommend.

Wow Devon is the man! I called Variety Plumbing bc one of our units in our apartment block wasn’t getting any heat flow. The unit is a family with 2 kids and so it’s urgent their heat gets restored quickly. I called Robbie and he had Devon there within the hour. Devon was in the unit for less than 5 mins and noticed the heat pipes behind the couch may be frozen due to the lack of circulation and bc the air conditioner was behind the couch also letting in a bit of cold air. I didn’t believe him lol but he took the torch to it and within less than a minute we had heat again. I was impressed and would have never have thought of that. Now that’s the experience I don’t mind paying for! It was a quick fix! Thanks Robbie and Devon for helping us keep families warm in Saskatchewan!

Variety was amazing to deal with! We got a new furnace installed and they were fast and efficient. Dustin came back the next morning to install a plug of some sort they'd forgotten and were here before 8am to do so! After getting quotes from around 6 different companies not only did Variety give the best pricing on their quotes, they were the quickest to answer any calls, questions or emails, quickest to get us a quote and their customer service has been absolutely stellar. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a furnace guy! Seriously amazing job with some great, friendly workers who will happily answer any questions! I couldn't be more impressed.

Excellent job quoting and installing a commercial hot water tank for our 18 unit apartment block. Robbie called around and found the best hot water tank price for us. He got back to me very quickly. I did not have to chase him for a call back. They got me a tank within 24 hours so our tenants did not loose access to water due to the breakdown. Tyson and Dustin worked very hard to make sure the install went seamlessly. Took 6 hours. Tyson showed up the day before to check parts and to make sure he would have everything he needed for the day of install. I really appreciated this bc it sped up the process and there was no wasting time. The guys cleaned up after themselves. They mopped up the water and even straightened my carpet out on the way out. This goes a long way as this attention to detail reflects the type of work they do. It must be hard to have passion for plumbing but they have it!! It was our first time using Variety and I was hesitant to try a new team. Happy to work with them moving forward. Do not hesitate to give Robbie a call for your HVAC needs.

We've had issues with our Lennox furnace since almost day one of moving into our new home in 2012. Over the years, we've replaced the motherboard three times, the flame sensor, the pressure switch, the blower motor and most recently the gas valve (using several different plumbing and heating companies over the years). Variety did the gas valve in mid January 2024. They were able to come right away and help us out and get the furnace fixed for us. Furnace was working perfectly once they finished up. Jump ahead a month and on February 14, 2024, the furnace decided to stop working again. Potential issue was the motherboard again. Variety was able to come out again for us (practically right away) and help us out. They advised to put in a new furnace after discussing the list of issues and money we've already sunk into the Lennox (>$3,500). We took their advice and their team put in a new furnace that day. They were excellent to deal with and the team that came out was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. After putting as much money into it as a new furnace cost, it is nice to have some piece of mind that we have a much better product. Variety will definitely be my go to company for any plumbing and heating needs in the future.
