This review may be a little long, but it is necessary to explain my review of Varghese Summersett. A friend recommended Varghese Summersett to us, and upon further investigation, we discovered that they have a superior reputation and are known to fight for their clients "tooth and nail". That has certainly been the case with us. Our staff professional, Natasha Walkup, has certainly proven that, and Varghese Summersett should be very proud of her. Natasha is a joy with whom to work. She returns calls and emails IMMEDIATELY and is always up to date on my case without having to look up the status - that's how closely she works with her clients. My car was hit (and a hit and run at that) by a DISD bus. My 89 y.o. mother and her medical aide were in the car returning from a Dr. appt. We had almost given up hope on receiving restitution much less compensation when we connected with Natasha. She is a former insurance adjuster who "speaks their language". I know that Natasha has worked tirelessly on this small case - small to notorious DISD but big to us. She's worked with our insurance company and the DISD adjuster who has been less than helpful. Her persistence has paid off ! We will now receive not only reimbursement for the deductible but also compensation. When I thanked her for spending so much time on our little case, she said (literally) " Big or small, we're always here for you." Incredible ! Varghese, you are simply the best. You have hired staff that has real experience in my area of concern, and your ENTIRE firm is extraordinary. I hope I never need legal services again, but if I do, I will call you and ONLY YOU. Savanna the intake specialist was great, even though I reached out at the end of the day she helped me start the process and scheduled the medical appointments I needed immediately. Kayleigh was wonderful, she walked me through the whole process and what to expect. She stayed in contact with me called me every other week for any updates and if there were no updates. Natasha was very helpful and wonderful as well! She talked to me about what to expect closing out the settlement and gave me estimates of how much I would most likely receive.
