Really upset as I'm on a ward as a patient and the shop kindly said they would deliver my vapes after 5 o clock as a member of staff rang for me, even gave movile numbers. They don't normally deliver but they said they would amd sounded genuine and now I'm left really stressed out and let down :( maybe they forgot but I'm really unwell amd it's caused md to be really upset
Wrong item received
I have just received my order & have been sent the wrong items. I understand mistakes can happen but the frustrating thing is I have emailed the address on the website & apparently the address is not valid! I have also rang the number on the website but this is not recognised!! I have clicked to have a live chat but this just takes you to the store ! Not very good when you can't get the companies mistakes rectified !!!
