Wrong item received
I have just received my order & have been sent the wrong items. I understand mistakes can happen but the frustrating thing is I have emailed the address on the website & apparently the address is not valid! I have also rang the number on the website but this is not recognised!! I have clicked to have a live chat but this just takes you to the store ! Not very good when you can't get the companies mistakes rectified !!!

Great little business!
5 years since I started vaping, after 50 years smoking tobacco. Vape&juice were incredibly helpful with information and finding the best solution for me. I thoroughly recommend these guys and wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

In the four or so years I’ve been buying from this firm they’ve not let me down. They have a great range of products, all competitively priced , with the additional bonus of free fast delivery and a brilliant loyalty scheme, also with the odd discount code every now and then. Can’t say they’ve the best, because I’ve never had the need to go anywhere else. 5*

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I cannot praise these guys enough, I ordered a dovpo blotto rta but unfortunately the stock level hadn't been updated to say they had run out in the colour I wanted so they rang me uo on the phone and discussed a good alternative in the correct size and colour. My hellvape rebirth rta came (my 1st rta) the next day after despatch and I couldn't be happier with purchase and the customer service by the guys at vape and juice. Will be using these guys for a lot of my purchases from now on.
