Ive taken a long time for me to admit this. But im pissed. I spent around 20k for 2 surgeries here. And i dont see a ton of results. Its still so thin and it dawned on me it will never be like before. And now i got this ugly scar on the back of my head clear across from ear to ear. I have to wear a hat because im so self conscious about it. This place hurt my self esteem, not made it better. Van scoy tells me to grow it out long. Ive tried that and it looks like ass. The realization that i will have to spend a fortune just for something is disheartening. This is one of my biggest regrets. I had it done like 8 years ago. Im now trying to see if their is a place or some sort of surgery to get rid of this ugly scar on the back of my head. Hopefully there is something out there so i can go back to buzzing my hair and regain my confidence again. Because i have lost it for many years now because of this place. Gentleman. Dont do it. Save your money and buzz cut your hair. You will be so much happier. You will. Its just not worth it.

No regrets I had my transplant done over 10 years ago and it still looks great! People are shocked when they find out that I had a procedure done because it looks so nature. It was one of the best decisions I'm made. It made me so much more confident. I follow up with Todd ever couple years on new products that I see advertised and he always gives great advice on what to use and not use.

From initial consultation to date it has been an excellent experience. I am at the 6.5 month mark and could not be more pleased with my results so far. Initial consultation, pre-transplant instructions and procedures and hair transplant by the experienced surgeon all went smoothly. Follow up has been seamless. The office staff is always friendly and attentive. Highly professional group that answers all questions and spells out the steps involved in the process. Money very well spent. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I've had two hair graft procedures there. The first went fairly well and I was relatively happy with it. The second was a few years later & I was completely dissatisfied. Grafts were (supposedly) added to the crown area, but I saw almost no new growth after a year. I definitely didn't see anything worth paying $7,000+. I was so incensed that I drove up to Cleveland and spoke with the owner. He showed me that there were few hairs in my crown area and how to comb my hair so that it was less visible (which doesn't address the lack of new growth that I paid thousands of dollars for). I believe the person who did the procedure either didn't do it properly or completely. Go somewhere else so that your money is not wasted.

i have to say that Todd was nothing but understanding and fair when it came to my situation. Im on Chemo pills and after talking to my doctor he said not to get a hair system, because the adhesive could cause problems. After already putting money down on a hair system I talked to Todd about it and he understood and said health comes first.He refunded me with no problem. This is how a business should be run and once again thanks again Todd for your understanding
