Los departamentos en Madrid se encuentran en muy buenas condiciones, espaciosos, iluminados y bien equipados. Los cuartos son amplios y la zona es buena. Todo fué muy bien y no tengo quejas hasta la devolución de mi fianza, el proceso fue muy tardado y me cobraron mas de 100 euros por toallas que fueron utilizadas y dejadas por mis compañeras de piso, situación que comente y no se me informo. Considero que fue un exceso lo que cobraron, siendo que no hubo daños en muebles, paredes, electrodomesticós o algo importante en el apartamento. La empresa responde a todas las necesidades que necesites cuando lo solicitas. Unicamente quedo con mal sabor en relación a la fianza ya que cuando otras personas también se ven implicadas en el apartamento considero debe existir una mayor inspección y protocolo

For me it was the best option while living in Barcelona ! Great location, the apartment was super and the team always there to help me with everything!

Marta is the best person to take care of the residence, she helps us alot, is very caring, and always there when we need her.

Mi experiencia con Cotown fue muy buena desde el primer momento. El equipo siempre estuvo disponible y atento a cualquier cosa que necesitara.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Marta, por su cercanía, su disposición constante para ayudar y por hacer que todo fuera mucho más fácil en el día a día. Se nota cuando alguien se preocupa de verdad por las personas.
Es un lugar en el que te sientes acompañado, bien tratado y tranquilo, algo clave cuando estás centrado en estudiar y adaptarte a una nueva etapa.
