I had an appointment on friday noon, nov.08. I thought theres a cavity in one of my upper molars. There's no pain or any swelling. Dr Charlotte Lee said there's no cavity, but a filling is missing. I could fill it.
The hygienist took an x-ray and quoted me $366.
While she was doing the filling, she kept talking to the hygienist about her social life, weekend plans, and laughing. It's uncomfortable for me because she was right on top of my head, as you could imagine. very rude!. There's nothing wrong with chatting about personal life at your workplace, but I'm sure it's shameful for a medical professional to do it in a closed space while operating on a patient.
After the filling, when I asked, "Do I need any other filings?" does it cost more to just look at them? she just just ignored my question and said you could make an appointment again.
I felt rushed and ripped off. I don't have dental insurance. This really impacts my finances.
I'll be looking for a new dentist for my next appointment. I'm concerned about the condition of the rest of the teeth.
I really enjoyed this place for a cleaning and some fillings that had to be done! Very informative and gentle as they could be. The front desk is so friendly! And the ladies who helped me with my anxieties of being at the dentist were extremely understanding and helped me relax better when doing dental work!!! Best place I’ve ever had for dental work!!!
Well first off I was Happy to come here becuz I finally got my smile back after 10 yrs, and finally got to eat properly due to my disease that made my teeth fragile and chipped, but then after my last two or 3 visits I ended up seeing a different dentist and he clipped and bent my dentures after I told him not to touch them because they were perfect, but he didn't listen and my bottom denture I can't even use to eat cus they won't stay even after I told him not to. After I my dentist wat happened they tried giving me some lil rubber crap to fit my bottom and I was so upset and disappointed I walked out crying becuz I didn't wreck em and Now No Smile n hard to eat to not even wanting to. My too dentures are barely usable and weird lookin cus the teeth are not cohesive. Not Pleased and I don't want to come back here. Tc Peeps and Be gd be safe..

I was looking for a realiable dentist clinic near my home and luckily I came across this in Kingsgate Mall. I have been coming here and the receptionist and staff are really great with their customer services. Catherine is my go-to person to get my teeth cleaned and she does wonders while making my appointment worthwhile. 20/10 The best dental clinic in town. I do recommend this clinic to anyone.

Every person from reception, to hygienist, and dentist, was more than capable and uncommonly kind. Absolutely amazing clinic, I am glad to be a new patient.
This is a phenomenal place! I’ve been to many dentists and this one stands out by a mile. It is the best and it’s not even close, they’re fast, they’re good and they give you options for what to do. My Hygienist Catharine was awesome and showed me what to do and also was super friendly.
My dentist Dr Largani was also super great and gives you options for what to do and is amazingly quick.
