This house was exactly as described. My favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me and this house was very clean. Loved that there was no clutter. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Even though we didn’t do much cooking the kitchen seemed to have literally everything you could possibly need. The location was so good. Having the golf cart made it so quick and fun to get to the beach. Very golf cart friendly community. The neighborhood was quiet. Kiersten was always quick to respond. We will definitely be booking again!

We were very impressed with the house and how clean and comfortable it was for us. We loved having a full fenced in backyard for our dog to let her out safely. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to cook if we chose to. The location was perfect and very quiet and peaceful and close to friends who we were spending time with. Plenty of towels were available and nice to have a garage and washer and dryer too to come home with clean clothes!!! We would definitely stay here again when in this area.

WOW!! Kiersten's place was truly a gem. One of the best places we have ever stayed in.Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable & soooo relaxing..Kiersten was easy to work with & very accommodating.The spacious backyard for our pup, the nice back porch, the large living room & kitchen, & golf cart were definitely a plus.Also walking distance to the beach which was wonderful....Thank you, Kiersten for making your home "our" home away from home! Enjoyed walking my dog to the beach and walking around the neighborhood, also talked with a couple of permanent residents and they were very friendly!!! The only negative to me was the parking. Enough for one vehicle, as we were there during bike week but he parked truck and trailer at the edge of the road in front and it worked out with no problems!!! Also it was nice to have the golf cart to ride in!!! I would definitely recommend!!!

My family of four had a fantastic stay at Kiersten’s! This was the first year we’ve stayed away from the “main drag” in PCB, and we’ll never go back! Kiersten’s location was laid back and peaceful while being just a short drive to everything we needed. The beach at Laguna was so much less crowded and more enjoyable. We all loved the convenience of the golf cart! My kids especially loved the pool/ping pong table. The home was as described! I really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family of 6 and 4 dachshunds stayed here for 3 nights & 4 days. Everything was so clean and fresh on arrival and exactly as described and photographed. No grass in the back but our weenies didn't seem to mind using the rocks. There was so much space, and all of the beds were very comfortable. There are so many thoughtful items available in the home that made our stay very convenient and made us feel very welcome! We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends!

As stated in the listing parking is slim especially with having to move golf cart in and out of garage, but we were able to put the car in the driveway and the truck at the road in front of the house. House is just as pictured a little tight with the pool table but we had fun playing as well. Yard is completely gravel... The rooms are spacious for our luggage, beds are firm and only the master and living room have TVs but it was doable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with as well. All in all nice stay for our family of 4 and a fur baby.

We stayed at this house for one week with 8 guests and dogs. The house was perfect - open, plenty of room, everyone had a bed to sleep in and a good outdoor space for the dogs. It is walkable to the beach (about 15ish minutes) but the golf cart was amazing! It was a quick drive to the beach and convenient to have whenever we wanted it. They also had wagons, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach items in the garage to use which the kids LOVED. It is away from the traffic and busy area in a cute neighborhood. The grocery store and lots of coffee shops were close. This house was 100% worth the money and we are so glad this was what we picked for our trip.
