Love, love, love this gym! You're not just a body in the room, you matter! The coaches are all knowledgeable and personable. There is no judgement, all shapes and sizes are welcome! They show you modifications to relate to your personal fitness level. A good mixture of cardio and strength training. The best 30 minutes of my day!

I started September of 2023 and I am so happy I did! The atmosphere is so welcoming and encouraging, it truly is a "Fit Fam". The workouts are always challenging but there are modifications for every fitness level and the coaches are amazing at motivating you to challenge yourself each and every day. The members celebrate each others wins and lift each other up through any set backs, this place is literally life changing!!

I started attending FBBC Salem April of 2021. I love the bootcamp style of exercising and not having to come up with my own daily routine. The coaches are AMAZING and they leave no doubt in your mind that they truly care and are invested in your goals. I have some health limitations and the coaches work with me every class to insure I don’t injure myself by either modifying or giving me a different exercise to do. Im coming up on my 200th session and Im excited to continue my fitness journey with FBBC Salem!

FBBC had literally changed my life! I had never been in a gym and had never worked out. I was very intimidated at the process. FBBC has the most amazing family feel and all the coaches encouraged me along the way. The best part of my day is getting up and getting started with this group.

The coaches are awesome at keeping you motivated and encouraging you! They provide modifications to any workout if needed to accommodate your needs. The members cheer each other on to get through the workout! Best workout around!!

I joined this gym in August 2021. I needed to boost the calorie counting program I was using as the daily walks weren’t enough. I am so glad I did. The coaches are so supportive and they really energize the workouts. My clothes are fitting looser and I’ve lost almost 20 lbs. My goal is to become a healthier me and this program is the right fit.

This gym is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The coaches are extremely motivating and it has a family atmosphere. I have seen tremendous results since joining the gym. I highly recommend joining.

I’ve been going to FBBC since September 2021. I started with a fall challenge and I immediately fell in love. I had no doubt I wanted to become a member and be part of the Fit Body Fam! The coaches, environment and support from all of the members is seriously one of a kind. I’d recommend this place to absolutely any one in any stage of their fitness journey!
