Just agreeing with most of the other reviews. Had to bring my car back twice as it wasn’t fixed properly the first time, ended up paying extra to get my regular mechanic to fix things they’d still missed. Took ages both times

Joel the owner is rude and a liar, my car was sent to them to do a requote for repairs for lifetime warranty work that had been done by AAMI. The car was sent to Box Hill Panels to get a cheaper price of course by one of their AAMI approved repairs. Joel rang me on the 26th of September to explain that they had not even quoted the cars as it's going to a different shop for the repairs! But on the phone call, he did explain to me that the cost to repair would be about $6,500.00. The explanation Joel had given to AAMI the quote was not done because they had COVID in the shop about 2 weeks ago and he was the only one working and had to answer the phones. So the car had to be towed again to Box Hill Panels for the second time to have a quote done and has now come back with $ 2,600.00 to repair.

Very disappointed that a repair,which I was required to pay in advance, was not only not repaired, but created another problem. I attempted to negotiate a resolution with Peter, but he refused to discuss the matter with me, preferring to talk to someone "who knew what they were talking about". My only resort now is VCAT to recover my costs.

I found this business to be very professional. I found Peter to be courteous and helpful. Full transparency. My European vehicle has been repaired to my full satisfaction. Was told it would take 2 weeks and it took 2 weeks. Thank you Robert

This is what they did for me, and the rear locker can not lock it anymore. I appreciate the manager's promise to hand it over to me on time, but it doesn't mean that the car that hasn't been repaired will be handed over to me, which is disappointing.

Sam & the Ladies at the Front Desk were great to deal with, had to have front guard & bumper resprayed, had the same repair performed by another panel beater in the Southeastern Suburbs over 6 months ago and they completely stuffed up the color match, it was a completely different color, Box Hill Panels re-did the repair to perfection and kept me up to date with text messages every step of the way and delivered on time. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Thank You for your great work.

Full just quoted me $1500 for little dint(new guard)and new head light and buff on right side bumper...its a car from 1992 and the part is online for $80. Its funny their next to Bob Jane box hill who are known for being overpriced...
