Alex was my realtor when I bought my house in February 2022. We started looking at properties in late November and boy did we look at a lot. I would give him a geographic area, price range, and a few particulars and Alex would send me a steady stream of properties to review. Alex's extensive knowledge of HOA's and minor construction gave me great insight into pros & cons of HOA properties as well as possible modifications available to me in the future. Alex was there when I needed him and he was there when I eventually got my dream home.
