Urgent care had a sign they were temporary closed and didn't care to update google with this. Not a great look for people looking for urgent care. Went there at 10am sharp to find this sign with my partner who had a concussion. The least they can do is update google and other popular sites.
This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care anywhere. The front desk staff, nurses, and the doctor were extremely sweet and kind and helpful. There was no wait, everything was super clean. I’m so glad this place opened up in the neighborhood.

I’m giving this establishment 2 stars only for the helpful front desk. This place should designate a separate area that is ONLY an urgent care and the other ONLY a primary care. I came in thinking this is a urgent care and I had to wait over an hour to be seen by a doctor. I was then prescribed medication for a 5-day period but it didn’t even last the full 5 days because of lack of refills. I had to do a run around to try to get my refill asap as I’m sick but the Bushwick location was also incredibly helpful in giving guidance. It would’ve also been nice to have some water too since I had a sore throat but the water jug stayed empty and no one refilled it.

I discovered this office due to many others around me being closed. The front desk staff ( on duty January 6th) were absolutely amazing, welcoming, and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting the doctor there who diagnosed me quickly and accurately. The office was very clean as well.

I am only giving 2 stars because of the nice front desk staff and medical assistant. My 5 year old has been seen at this site twice and both times, he has been misdiagnosed by the provider. He went in with what was a fever and clearly thrush related to strep throat. We were told that the thrush was from a medication reaction. and saw no irritation in his throat. Two days later, we ended up at the ER due to a diagnosis (from another provider) of severe strep throat including swollen lymph nodes. Fast forward to yesterday, my son has high fever persistent cough and slightly heavy rapid breathing. The provider tells us to give him a throat spray (that she didn’t prescribe like she said she would) and get some throat lozenges. Now, my son has a bad night with high fever and heavy breathing, we go to see A DIFFERENT PROVIDER ELSEWHERE who is concerned that it may be pneumonia because of the way that his lungs sound and his breathing. Yesterday she claims that she didn’t hear anything in his chest or lungs. Unacceptable. As a parent, it is scary for a child to be misdiagnosed, especially during these times. We gave this place two chances and it has been disappointing both times.

I will highly recommend this location. The staff is professional and very attentive, they acted very fast to my needs. I wouldn’t recommend listening to the poor stars below. Urgent care and emergency room personnel attend to different patients needs.

Run for your life…! 🚨🚨 don’t even think of considering this place as a health care facility.. my son n me couldn’t get our prescribed medicine antibiotic for flu for almost 3 days. We suffered from severe cold fever n cough but this facility didn’t help and care . THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SEND PRESCRIPTION TO THE PHARMACIES!!! 🛑🛑🛑 I mean WTH. Save your life and time don’t go to this facility. Their own ppl giving them 5 starts . I wish I can give them 0. Pakistani medical asst working there is HORRIBLE woman even scared to tell her name and don’t hv any idea what they are doing with the patient!!
