US garage door was awesome! Called them this evening as my garage door wouldn’t go down. Mike was out in less than an hour, fair price, work done in less than 20 with a three warranty. He was a great guy to deal with….I will be calling him again.

They were in the neighborhood fixing my neighbors garage door when they saw my garage door had just broken. They were nice enough to come by and ask if I wanted it repaired. They went out and repaired it literally 60 minutes after the garage door broke. Very fair price and great service. Would recommend to anyone.

Mike was busy but sent Alex for a stuck garage door with a broken spring. He arrived within 2 hours, was able to fix it quickly and gave it a full tune-up. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Michael, who came out to look at the garage made sure that everything was in good condition and lubricated and replaced a lightbulb for me ! He was very courteous And professional will use them again

My experience with US Garage Door Repair could not have been better. Mike Scott is very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. I compared their pricing to that of two other companies and their's was the most favorable. Their lead times are minimal and their technicians did an excellent job with installation and testing. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they where out in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable and alot less than what I thought I would have to pay for the repair, especially being the weekend.

This was my first time using US Garage Door Repair. I called on a Sat in the morning with no luck. I called another company and scheduled a dispatch for Tues. Later in the day I received two texted message from US Garage Door Repair saying they could come out around 7pm the same day. We talked about the dispatch cost,$19, and I said ok. Gabriel came out looked at my 20+ year old Genie showed me where the screw rod was broken in half which is why it would not open the door. It was not repairable which is what I thought after so many years. We talked about option and additional items I need to work on; bottom seals and door stops for all three garage doors. Yes three. Keep in mind I have not had any work on any of the units, specifically by myself in the last 8 years. Just home fixes with the eyes. They had everything done on Monday with a very quiet Liftmaster 8450S. Gabriel also fixed my remote opener for my other 20+ year old Genie. Very professional, curiosity, communication was great. Just good people, treating you with respect. Keep it up!

Mike was immediately responsive, he arrived on time, and explained clearly what the issues were. He did excellent work at a fair price. I was very pleased and would definitely use U S Garage Door again.

mike and his team are so good that i’m writing my first review ever about them. when I thought I needed to replace my door mike found a solution that not only fixed the issue but made the door better than ever. when I had another small issue today they came by immediately. they charge fair prices, do fantastic work and have great guys working for the company.
