Vaya caraduras que tienen estos de boohoo, compro tres pantalones talla ue:44 y me manda talla uk:44 que aquí en la unión europea son una 60, pantalones gigantes, pongo una reclamación para que resuelvan su error y me dicen que esta bien la talla, que es la correcta. Timadores, ahora me dicen que los devuelva y como somos envío internacional, me piden 5 euros más los gastos de envio.
I ordered SUPER STRETCH *********** FRONT STRAIGHT LEG PANTS on [05/27/2024], and it was marked as dispatched, but it was never delivered even with choosing express delivery. I ordered other items separate from this order that arrived, but this order did not.I emailed about this issue in [June/2024] but did not receive a reply. Could you please look into this for me and let me know how we can resolve it? Ive attached screenshots of my order details and payment as proof.Thank you

Bacha!!!! Nevim,uaka byla tato spol drive,nyni podvodníci. Tvrdi,jak komunikuji a poradi, komunikuje s Vami jen stroj nebo preposilaji kopirovane kousky neceho, co sami netusi co znamena. Nemam ani zbozi a od chvile, kdy jsem napsala, ze zadam vraceni penez se mnou prestali komunikovat uplne. Nedoporucuji riskovat nakup. Osobne jeste pockam, jestli penize nedorazi a pak jdu na policii.

I worked here for over a year and it honestly felt like a complete waste of my time. The job is VERY monotonous, they pile on work and don’t give anything back (not even a thank you). No career progression unless you’re mates with the managers. I feel like I’ve learned nothing here.Not a diverse workplace whatsoever, if your personality doesn’t fit you’ll get ignored (even by managers). The office environment is very unpleasant and is like being back at school, very cliquey and two faced. They removed working from home with no notice, didn’t increase salary though (which by the way is TERRIBLE - literally minimum wage and the office is based right in Central London).Not allowed to take annual leave during November due to Black Friday. Made to do overtime UNPAID on evenings and weekends, without any acknowledgement either!Claim that their social calendar is “next level” but events are very rare unless you’re in with the cliques.High turnover - lots of people leave within the year, some claiming to be misled by job roles/their responsibilities. Also, they made a big deal about flexible working, but once you’re hired it’s not really the case!When people leave they don’t get replaced for several months, everyone else has to take on their work. Pros: Free food, close to shopping area Cons: Fake colleagues that ignore you if you don’t fit in, no more WFH, boring and repetitive job, no progression

Don’t Order!
I have been a long time customer of boohoo for years! Always love their apparel, and never had any issues. Always was my go too for fast fashion. My last order I placed, I did not receive my full order. I ordered 6 items, only two was received. I reached out to customer service, informing of the mistake, I was informed footage was reviewed and all of my items was packed and delivered. They sent me a small black bag with only two items in it, impossible for 6 items to fit inside. In the past my package has always came in green bags. So I thought it was odd it came in a black bag. Customer service, and the claims team stated they reviewed footage and are “confident” that my entire order was sent out. And I’m telling them only two was in the bag. Why I have to lie about clothes 🙄. And on top of the missing items, they sent me a wrong size on another item. They refused to issue a refund. I don’t know what type of footage they have, or what because if you telling me everything was packed and I’m telling I didn’t get it. Somebody stealing! Also, two orders ago. I ended up returning a few things because of sizing. I didn’t get a refund on one thing and they claim I didn’t return it. SMH! Again the same thing, they said they reviewed the footage and I didn’t return the item and I know I did. But I let that slide, and said mistakes happen. But now you not sending me what I paid for is a BIG MISTAKE! I will never order from them again. The whole company is FRAUD!
order #UK1105491344 Returned 7 items to boohoo, they only refunded me for 5 and confirmed they'd checked CCTV and only the 5 items were in the parcel, however, I actually returned the 2 missing items in a second parcel and the tracking numbers for the recieved parcel (5 items) and the missing parcel (2 items) were delivered at the exact same time and date via the inpost tracking so the tracking shows you recieved both but you've only refunded me for one - how did that happen? Boohoo still continue to claim I only returned 1 parcel despite the tracking proof. It's ridiculous, I don't have the items and still being charged £72 on klarna. I only noticed I wasn't refunded the full amount as it was a pay in 30 days so only realised something was incorrect when klarna emailed to say money would be taken in a day or two. I've asked for proof of the cctv but no, Inpost wont accept a claim unless its by the company who paid/arranged the delivery, Have asked boohoo to do a claim and still awaiting a reply but doesn't answer how the tracking shows boohoo received it and they are taking no responsibility for receiving it.
Boohoo went down hill
Used to be great company lots of benefits looked after staff , very positive and fun place but then sales went bad and everything changed. Work place became negative blame culture, toxic environment. Doesn’t seem clear on direction & unrealistic targets, very high staff turnover now
Changed the price of my order after paid and when contacted customer service asked me to return once received cause they have fluctuating prices. You cant just take whatever amount you want out of peoples accounts and thats what they did to me. Will not order with them or any of their sister sites again this is truly bad business and I lose money either way
I returned items on 8/14/24 and have not yet received a refund. Initially, I was told I needed to wait 30 days before the company could do anything. I reached out after 30 days and have been continuously told someone is investigating my claim, but no one ever follows up. I am owed $512. The only way to contact this company is through ******** Messenger and each person I speak with seems to have no idea what is going on. Today someone was finally able to review the information and "process my return" but this was for an incorrect amount. They sent an email showing what was returned and the email included items I kept. Clearly this company is not organized and wants to do whatever possible to keep your money. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

This came with a free gift.
On Saturday 7th September, I received the free gift only, which I thought was odd. I made contact straight away, showing an image of the empty box (with the small free gift inside) and asked for help as I was missing the whole item.
The issue was apparently investigated and I received an email to say 'CCTV Footage shows the item being placed in the box upon packing.'
I replied to say I'd like to see the footage. I have received no further correspondence. I emailed again, on the 13th September, asking for someone to contact me. Now, on the 24th September I am still yet to hear from anyone.
I had to buy the item again as it was a gift for a friend. I have not been offered anything, and just completely ignored.
I placed an order August 7th, still have not received it. I contacted the customer service a couple weeks after then because I had not received any updates regarding my order. I was given a new tracking link and told to wait until the end of the month for the parcel to arrive. It did not. Then I contacted customer service again and was told to wait until September 8th. In that same email, I was informed if I don't receive my package by the 8th, I will be issued a refund. Today, I contacted the customer service again as I have not received anything and was now told to wait until the end of this month (September 20th). I was given the same reasoning as before which is that an "investigation needs to be put in place". I guarantee when Sept 20th comes, they will give me the same reasoning and tell me to wait further. I'm not even going to be a that same location by the time this so-called package arrives. All I can do is laugh at this point.
