Excellent service and communications. We have used their pick up and drop off services a couple of times now, and the entire process has been very smooth. So refreshing to experience this level of customer service in Qatar. Definitely recommend them!

I have really old Adidas Super Stars that I always thought had no hope and that I should buy new ones. But Urban Wash took my shoes and turned them into brand new ones in a matter of 24 hours. I love their service. Cheap, efficient, and effective. I highly recommend them.

Amazing and very professional shoe cleaning service. Return packaging is on point. Gave them a half destroyed shoe and received it back like it was brand new. Affordable rates and timely delivery. Will definitely be coming back to them.
