We worked with Leo. It was like pulling teeth. They (the company) worried us for months, then when we were ready to apply, we were the ones calling him. We more than meet the qualifications, but he stalled us all week only to say we were denied. No explanation given. And we got that news via text. Not a call or email. Just ugh.
