Earlier this summer, I contacted bioPURE Upstate in a state of sheer panic. I had woken up the morning after a storm to find that multiple places in my ceiling had leaked (it was literally pouring rain from my ceiling); there was 0.5" of water in my kitchen and sunroom. Within a couple of hours, the bioPURE team was at my home, the water was cleaned up, the source of the leak was identified and we had an action plan in place to make the necessary repairs. From initial call to the follow up calls after repairs, their service was nothing short of exemplary. Their professionalism and attention to detail as a service organization has completely set them apart in my mind. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and addressing any concerns I had. They helped me with the insurance claim process (something I was anxious about). Because of the bioPURE team, I was able to focus on my family and my job. They made sure everything was seamless. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was restored to better-than-new condition. I have recommended bioPURE Upstate to ALL of my friends and family as the MOST reliable, thorough, and dedicated remediation service around. They exceeded all my expectations and delivered exceptional results. 5 stars and endless gratitude to the entire bioPURE team!

Im not satisfied at all. The house looks a mess after 8 days of work. The Site supervisor not responding to phone calls or text. Don't even try this company. They lure you and charge amount which is not even necessary .One of the worst companies I dealt with .

bioPURE has been helping us with a leak that caused water damage to our walls and floor in the kitchen. They have been so easy to work with, answer any questions I have while explaining it in a way that I'll understand and are so nice and professional. Caution Very disappointed with this company and how they handled our water damage. Be very cautious when selecting this company. Make sure to get an estimate before signing anything. Although they were quick to respond and come out, the rest of their effort/work was subpar. They supposedly went through every box and container to verify damage but truly did not do the job correctly. More than a month later I have found more items still soaked in water and widespread mold on these items. We have had to get another service out here to go through everything and was astounded at how much they never went through. We were so upset with them we contacted the insurance company who had another service come out. When the company sent the huge bill to us & the insurance company, they only included 40 pictures for a 55’ X 25’ building. They could not provide the insurance company with any specifics of the job like - amount of water removed, inventory of items, etc. the drying fans were not placed strategically around the building as it should have. The drying fans were just pointed at wet boxes on the floor. As soon as they finished the job, I received an invoice and then the calls started about paying the invoice. During this time frame of calls about paying the invoice, my husband had knee replacement surgery, which they were told about, yet 4 days later the lady was calling his cell phone when she couldn’t get me because I was in a drs appt. The insurance company negotiated a price for them after which they finally agreed to, however the gentlemen I spoke to about getting a corrected invoice said he didn’t agree to the amount. After conversing, they finally sent a corrected invoice. Save yourself a huge hassle and call another company for your needs

bioPURE recently came out and took care of my home. The technician that came out was Joel, and he is an excellent representative of their company! Stayed in contact previous to appointment date, and the day of service. Great energy, well spoken and thoroughly explained the process and walked around with us post service to show all anyways and answered all of our questions! Highly recommend!

BioPURE is an exceptional company with impeccable professional services. During the holidays, we had an emergency, and it couldn’t be at a more inconvenient time. Originally, we went with ServiceMaster, for water mitigation services, which our insurance provider recommended. The lack of professional services, insufficient recommendations, dirty dusty fans, and ripped up carpet padding; did not meet our expectations. We quickly hired BioPURE and had the best experience! I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon Kinder the owner of BioPURE. Brandon’s expertise in water mitigation, ceiling and floor repairs, restoration services, and how to navigate insurance companies was top of the line. I'll admit that they were quick to come out and assess the situation but then they go and charge $6800 to remove some drywall and leave fans and a dehumidifier. That is an astronomical amount of money for about 3 hours worth of work. Especially considering that our insurance said it should only cost about half that amount to replace it all. They're charging that much and it apparently doesn't include the replacement of the drywall and we have to find another contractor to fix the giant hole we now have. What a way to gouge your customers. When one of the employees came to take the fans and dehumidifier after having them running all weekend he told us that this seems to be a common occurrence with this company. My advice is get a price estimate before you sign anything. Also, the mess (scratches)to my hardwood floors will require new varnish to bring it back to shape.
