BioPure recently came to our rescue! We came home after 5 days to a fowl odor and a mess. Our fridge had died, and the fIoor had flooded. A sewage pipe broke under the house. And our master shower drain leaked. Jeremy, Charlie, Ethan came immediately. We only knew about our fridge, but upon a further inspection BioPure found and promptly pumped out, dried out, and cleaned up everything. They were informative, professional, polite, and patient with all our questions. We haven't heard quotes back from our home owners insurance yet, but BioPure did a great job! I really appreciated how they recognized our need to act quickly on sanitation. My husband is a double lung recipient and he is recovering from Reflux surgery. Thank you. We had many of the same issues with this company!!! They take advantage of homeowners in their time of need and do not inform them of their outrageous price gouging! This company understood that we were working with an insurance company and were only authorized to do what the insurance company allowed, but they did not do that! They completed the job and then just expected outrageous payment! There was no pricing Agreement beforehand! I would run! 🏃🏃

Recently I had an issue with water damage at my home. When I called BioPURE service, they were prompt, professional, and thorough. I was impressed with the service they gave me and would highly recommend them if you need any of their services.

IF you want a company who will: ✅ price gouge you up front and later lower costs a tad as if they're doing you a favor 🤝; ✅ then, with high-pressure, lien-threatening emails, demand prompt payment or else 🚨; ✅ and, bonus, erroneously bill your insurance company (as a ‘courtesy’), leaving you to pay the fat difference 💸💸 and spend an absurd amount of time trying to get it corrected (to no avail and exactly ***zero*** compassion 💅)... IF you also want a company to: ✅ condescend to you like you're a simpleton, never lifting a finger except to point the blame elsewhere 🫵 – because they've got your cash and, thanks to their catch-all contracts, they legally get to keep it 😏; ✅ or simply ignore you because you’re not worth their consideration... IF AND ONLY IF this is what you want, and you have to really want it, bioPURE Upstate is absolutely the company for you! 🙌 Please read the contracts and invoices carefully, and get pricing *before* you agree to any work. Better yet, don't sign, just run, and find a more humane, more competent, less expensive business to work with. They caused my kind and saintly mother anxiety attacks (real and literal) in dealing with the aftermath of their 'service'. I suspect many of the other positive reviews for this company are friends and family, not bonafide customers. ‼️ BUYER BEWARE ‼️ (Seriously, just run.) Delightful experience, thanks for everything, bioPURE 🙏… 🙄 -------------------------- Response to the owner: Our frustration is not with the insurance process, but thank you for once again deflecting responsibility. The insurance company paid out as soon as they understood there was an issue. bioPURE continued to feign ignorance. PLEASE DO NOT CALL MY MOTHER OR ANYONE ELSE IN MY FAMILY EVER AGAIN. YOU ASKING FOR MY NUMBER FROM MY MOTHER CROSSED A LINE.

I had a mold issue at my house. The team Paul, Charlie and Rodney came out and told me step-by-step what needed to be done. They got the job done in a fast and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having similar issues.

They are a dishonest business. What they billed and what they agreed to with the insurance company were two different amounts causing us to lose money and have to pay extra. When contacted about it, they made no effort to try and understand the situation nor attempt to fix it. If you are using insurance, you might want to look elsewhere for business.

I was very pleased with the representative who came to our home. Despite my tardiness arriving to meet him, Falls was professionable, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. He assessed the water damage to the flooring and provide recommendations and tips for us to proceed. I don’t wish to have to need the services again, but if I did, I would definitely call them again.

Earlier this summer, I contacted bioPURE Upstate in a state of sheer panic. I had woken up the morning after a storm to find that multiple places in my ceiling had leaked (it was literally pouring rain from my ceiling); there was 0.5" of water in my kitchen and sunroom. Within a couple of hours, the bioPURE team was at my home, the water was cleaned up, the source of the leak was identified and we had an action plan in place to make the necessary repairs. From initial call to the follow up calls after repairs, their service was nothing short of exemplary. Their professionalism and attention to detail as a service organization has completely set them apart in my mind. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and addressing any concerns I had. They helped me with the insurance claim process (something I was anxious about). Because of the bioPURE team, I was able to focus on my family and my job. They made sure everything was seamless. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was restored to better-than-new condition. I have recommended bioPURE Upstate to ALL of my friends and family as the MOST reliable, thorough, and dedicated remediation service around. They exceeded all my expectations and delivered exceptional results. 5 stars and endless gratitude to the entire bioPURE team!

Im not satisfied at all. The house looks a mess after 8 days of work. The Site supervisor not responding to phone calls or text.
