I recently purchased a mobile device from this store becuase I urgently needed for my job. The worst decision I've taken for a long time. Upon getting home, I found that the Wi-Fi and SIM were not functioning, rendering the device useless for my immediate work needs. I returned to the store the next day, expecting to utilize the 14-day return policy clearly stated on the box. Then, they told me that this is not possible, and insisted on sending the device for technical inspection, despite it being a simple case of non-functionality right out of the box. What's even more frustrating is that I was denied a refund, directly contradicting the advertised return policy. This not only cost me valuable time but also money, as I had to make two trips to the store for a problem that should have been resolved just being honest about their policies and not lying. I asked the store why I don't have right to get my money back, when purchasing in-store, why I couldn't enjoy the same return privileges as online buyers, and the girl response was that I had to ensure everything was fine before leaving the store. I hope this feedback helps you to not buy in this place with a horrible customer support.
