Bought a screen protector for my phone, specifically mentioning the model. Unfortunately, it didn't fit. No exchange or refund offered due to the opened box, which feels unfair considering their mistake.

Awesome service! If you want to get a newer iPhone from this store and you are checking the webpage then whatever grade you choose (A, B, C) the differences are very small in terms of scratches on the surface etc. I thought they would be more visible, but in the store they weren’t - at least from what phones I checked out.
