In my experience, they were very collaborative in their approach, and while they brought a wealth of experience and excellent ideas to the table, they were willing to listen and test out my ideas, as well. Their clients include banks, restaurants, and small boutique stores, but for my project (a movie website) they quickly got into the mind-set of a filmmaker and were able to make a very commercial and appealing film website.
