The doctors are cheating here. Must be careful! Mum went to remove the suture. The doctor did not remove it but just cut a little bit of the suture and told mum all done. I rang superclinic, who did the operation and been told the blue line needs to be removed. I was shocking, as the doctor did not remove the suture at all, but she lied to mum it was removed. It is really immoral cheating your patient as a registered GP. Shame!

We went here for a medical check-up. There were only five people waiting when we arrived. The estimated wait time on the form was 2 to 3 hours. After waiting for 2 hours, I noticed that the people who came before me were still sitting there. When I asked the reception how much longer it would take, they said another 2 to 3 hours because they were just starting to fill out my form. The service was terrible. We wasted 2 hours and decided to leave. We went to City Doctors instead, where there were even more people, but we got our medical check-up done within an hour

I had a great experience here. Definitely make an appointment in advance. The english speaking receptionist was very kind and friendly to me. The process did seem a bit slower than it could have taken but I gave myself a couple hours and didn’t mind. The nurse was kind and thorough and the doctor was very nice and quick with his exam. That was great for me as I don’t have any issues and it was for immigration - I can understand the swiftness might not be great if you were looking for more care and understanding around health issues but I definitely recommend highly if you don’t have health issues and need an immigration medical exam. They also provide the X-ray but you just have to go a couple buildings down the street after meeting with the doctor.
