And Alvin hit all the good & bad points that's what I was looking for someone that knows, what the Hell is going on. Horrible! They charged me almost $2,000 in just 3 settlements plus what the settlement amount was while the rest of my debt went to collections. I went to cancel and he argued with me over the phone. Asked if I had anymore questions and when I said yes, he hung up on me. Horrible place!! The 3 settlements they didn’t even get, I received the offers and sent it to them. They didn’t reach out for any settlements just waited for me to get offers. I do NOT recommend this place!

Great Customer Service! They did explain to me that my credit score would drop and my first debt would be settled in 4-6months. You can ask them the same questions over and over again and they will explain in different ways so you know what you will be going through.
I did go through 2 different reps who explained to me the above so 5 stars to them for being thorough.
I did disenroll from the program after 2.5 months.
I paid alittle over $690 and they did collect some fees because I was refunded $499.44 even though none of my debt was settled. They did let me know that they only get paid once a debt is settled and their fees are included in my fortnightly payments so I was abit confused with that refund.
3 stars for taking almost $200.
Overall I think going through this program is good if you have patience.
