There are mediocre agents, average agents and (they do exist) outstanding agents. Unique belongs to the outstanding caregory. It's only when the situation gets really sticky, someone in the chain has a major meltdown, an impossible to resolve problem crops up that you find out which type of agent you have. Boy, was I thankful I had Hannah and Simon holding it all together whilst they worked to get my sale through. And against all odds, they did it. Brilliantly. I really appreciated Hannah's voice of reason, steadying presence and very skilful progressing of the sale. That comes from long experience and great expertise. Unique aim to be, well, unique, in what they do. So if you want to avoid the mistake of paying big bucks for average service, give them a call. Say Jacky recommended you...

Doesn’t exist, when we called the number they were unhelpful, asked if we could visit a venue to speak to someone in person and was told “sorry I’m just telling you there’s no property available today”
