Unique Property found me the most perfect property and they can do the same for you. I had tasked Simon with finding a very specific type of property having looked around for over 18 months in various other places. Simon found the perfect place and urged me to see a listing that I had seen online months before but decided it wasnt right. The viewing changed that, and then proceeded a very detailed and difficult set of hurdles to overcome, which Simon and Hannah supported me with throughout the process. If you can brief them with your needs and wants, then they will find you the ideal property. Not all agents are the same, their knowledge and experience speaks volumes, I thoroughly recommend them.

What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

I recently sold my live aboard boat with Unique. In spite of the complexity of selling a floating home as opposed to land based property the photographs and text inspired a great response from buyers wanting a different life style.
