A Great Experience with Unipro Group for My Konkan Bungalow Project As an architect based in Mumbai, I was working on a bungalow project in the beautiful Konkan region of Maharashtra. One of the key design elements I wanted for this project was to have the external walls maintain a natural, raw finish, particularly using laterite stone, without any paint or glossy varnish. While searching for solutions online, I came across a YouTube video that led me to Mr. Babu George from Unipro Group. After getting in touch with him, he patiently explained the entire process of achieving the natural finish I envisioned. He went step-by-step through the wall treatment process, even offering suggestions and corrections after I sent pictures of the progress on-site. His attention to detail was remarkable. This hands-on approach was incredibly helpful, and I felt well-supported throughout the process. The squash court laid by Unipro has true and consistent bounce. The flooring is slip-proof, without excessive binding of the shoes, allowing free movement. The front wall was re-plastered and is quite good in terms of bounce and direction. Senior players, national & state-level, who have played on this court have concurred with my feedback.
