I did the Golden Gloves course in 2024. I was looking for a step-by-step approach to learning boxing and from the very start. The course was great. It really did scale up gently, allowing you to learn and repeat before moving on. It's very well organised and the set-up of the gym is very smart looking. The price is very reasonable too. There's a strong focus on safety and fairness in sparring which was appreciated. I got a lot more out of the course than I expected. I didn't stay on after that as I changed jobs and had different hours, but I've good memories of this place and it's a great place to learn boxing.

What a wonderful people and what a great way of getting fit. I joined for 6 week Beginner's class, stayed for boxing camp, had my first fight and most importantly found a whole new sporting family. I'm officially hooked. Underdog is so much more than a gym. So many new friendships and great sparing partners. Special thanks to special people: Renata, Karl, Kenny and Murillo. Thank you for bringing the boxing into my life. At 44 I'venever felt fitter and stronger. Im still looking forward to every session. I would recommend Underdog to everyone; male, female, young or old. You will be welcomed, learn the sport, get fit, kept safe and meet amazing people. Get off off the sofa, out of your comfort zone and come down to Underdog!

I've been coming to Underdog for the past 3 months or so, and the progress made in my technique and boxing has been extraordinary. Karl and Kenny really put the heard while coaching and challenge me. From Dog house to 1:1 training the benefits are incredible and I can see my progress. A great gym with an amazing community and people managing it including Renata, who also supports my boxing growth. I look forward to continue learning and growing with you.

This gym became almost my second home in Dublin. The community, the coaches are amazing and teach you how to achieve your goals - whatever they may be. They also have a range of different types of lessons that will suit beginners, intermediate but also more experienced boxers. 🥊🥊

My son started here a couple of months ago. We thought it might be good for him as he was having some issues in school. Since starting I can honestly say it's been amazing to watch his confidence grow and the overall change in his behaviour and fitness levels. The team is great! I've watched some of the sessions and the coaches are so encouraging with the kids. There isn't a week my son doesn't look forward to going! Would highly recommend 😊

Karl is one of the best boxing coach i have met. His passion for boxing is contagious, and he Knows how to teach his skills. I had the chance to be coached by him during my professional career. He was very attentive and knew how to create specific training / sessions to help me progress technically and mentally. Besides this, Karl is a great person, if you have a bad day, he is the sparring partner you want to have.

I am a regular attendee at the HIIT Boxing Classes with Murilo and Kenny. Underdog is a really friendly and welcoming gym, I love the atmosphere there. The HITT classes are great - always varied and the right mix of bag work and cardio. Plenty of pointers on boxing technique. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get fit and learn some boxing technique.

Great spot to pick up boxing skills or get stuck into sparring. Good for all levels of fitness. The coaches Karl and Kenny are really sound and will give you personal attention throughout the class when needed. Great friendly vibe throughout and very handy location, definitely recommend for anyone wanting to box in Dublin.

Have just finished the 8 week Golden Gloves course and am more than delighted with the course. The gym is inclusive for all standards of fitness and ability and Kenny and Karl give everyone targetted advice at their level. Cannot recommend this course enough to anyone who wants to pick up boxing
