I request to Minister of Pakistan and Forigen Minister to please assign an educated and cooperative staff in our embassies. We already in abroad have lot of issues and when ever mistakenly an unwillingly we are visiting our embassies then the staff ruad and bad behavior make a pain for us.even a peon there thinks himself that he is the minister of Pakistan.they will not attend you ethically.even they will not look at you and by hand sign they will say we don't know.

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding my recent visit to the Pakistan Embassy for passport renewal. Today, I appeared at the embassy with all the documents I currently possess, including: - Original Pakistani passport - Original Iqama - Photocopies of my CNIC/NICOP My original CNIC is in Pakistan, and I explained this clearly. Despite having valid identification and despite the availability of NADRA biometric verification, I was informed that my application could not be processed without physically presenting the original CNIC. I fully understand the need for proper verification, but the refusal to accept alternative verification methods — especially when NADRA biometrics and my original passport are available — causes unnecessary hardship for overseas Pakistanis. Many of us do not carry our original CNIC while living abroad, and the current policy creates avoidable delays and stress. I respectfully request: 1. A clear explanation of why biometric verification and original passport are not considered sufficient for identity confirmation. 2. Guidance on how the embassy can facilitate overseas Pakistanis in such situations instead of turning them away. 3. Consideration of more flexible procedures that reflect the realities faced by Pakistanis living abroad. I hope the embassy will review this matter seriously and provide a response that supports and respects the overseas Pakistani community. Thank you for your attention.

I visited the Pakistan Embassy today for my newborn’s passport, and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. Before visiting, make sure to apply for the NICOP through Pak-ID. Once the baby appears in the family tree, visit the embassy with a screenshot from the Pak-ID app along with the required documents (parents’ CNIC, passports, iqama, etc.). The birth certificate from Ahwal Al Madina is sufficient — MOFA attestation is not required, which is very helpful. I reached the embassy at 9:00 AM and was completely done by 9:30 AM. The urgent passport fee was SAR 140, plus SAR 30 for courier service. Overall, the environment was well-organized, and the staff was very cooperative and professional. A good experience, especially for parents of newborns. Update: passport received at home within a week

Poor service. I had an online application that got stuck . I had uploaded all the required documents. I sent emails and tried to call helpline and no response at all. I went the embassy and told them about my passport renewal application and they refused to help.

I was very impressed by their efficiency; the entire process from payment to completion took only 20 minutes. ​—they give clear preference to families, which made the visit very pleasant and stress-free for us.
