The lady manager at NADRA needs to learn some ethics or get replaced, she was just looking busy and doing nothing and doesn’t know at all how to deal with the customers. Ms. Fajwa was so helpful to get my job done. Thanks a lot for your kind services, I observed the same situation as in Pakistan’s NADRA offices, 100s of people are in waiting and only 2 counters are functional instead of 4. Please get the POS devices for apply pay or card payments. It’s 2026 and still they’re dealing in CASH ONLY stuff.
i want to express my concerns regarding the recent experience I encountered while renewing my passport via the e-portal. Regrettably, my application was rejected without any explanation, and I was subsequently directed to the embassy for further assistance.
During my visits to the passport department, I had the opportunity to interact with an officer who specifically manages cases submitted online. Unfortunately, I found his demeanor to be rather discouraging, and he raised unfounded objections regarding my application, consequently resulting in further complications and delays. Upon my return visit, I was requested to resubmit my documents, and I noticed that additional delivery charges were imposed this time as well.
While I appreciate the advancements in the embassy's infrastructure, I firmly believe there is a pressing need for enhanced training and support for the staff. Improving the efficiency and user-friendliness of the process would significantly benefit applicants.
I have been to few other embassies in gulf countries, and I found this one much better then others. It is clean, spacious, process is better and dirctional signs are good.
I spoke to couple of staff members at reception, payment counter at passport section, at Nadra counter, all were very responsive and polite.
Specially, there was an issue with my daughters NIC which require to be updated, which after visiting NADRA section, they said to do online to save time.
After some difficulty, I did that, and went to verification in charge of passport papers, Mr. Sajid, and he was very cooperative and polite. Though, its his job, but, others in his position elsewhere, aren't generally that much respectful to citizens, due to rush; perhaps. For example, one copy of passport was missing with me, instead of asking me to get it done and return, he took the passport and made a copy from his personal printer. These small things makes a difference. I know others may have issues, and we are not perfect, and defficiencies should also be pointed out, but we should also appreciate the good things where its due.
Thank you for your service.
