Had a very positive experience with my early pregnancy ultrasound. Chinedu was very kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the scan. Everything was explained clearly. Highly recommended!
Absolutely đź’Ż percent perfect 2nd visit. From the moment we walked in, the lovely friendly receptionist welcomed us with a smile. No waiting around, my husband had a shoulder and upper arm scan with the Sonographer Onwuazombe Chinedu. A very nice gentleman who took his time and explained everything as the procedure took place. The results were on our computer by the time we got home. A GP appointment tomorrow taking the report with us, enabling my husband to get treatment much quicker than waiting for the scan on the NHS. So worth the money we paid, and a quarter of the price than at Spire or Nuffield. Grateful thanks to Ultrasound Plus.
Booked for a 3D scan, the day of the scan I had a medical emergency and called to rebook, as it wasn’t within their 48hrs policy I was told they would keep my deposit and weren’t able to rebook me - even though I explained that i had a MEDICAL EMERGENCY and couldn’t attend. You’d expect a medical facility to understand, but no, they just kept my money.
I had such a lovely experience at the ultrasound clinic. From the moment i arrived, everyone was so welcoming, kind and professional. They made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to make sure i had a lovely experience seeing our baby. The sonographer was so patient and reassuring, and you could genuinely tell they cared about making the experience special for me.
Very pleasant and polite staff and nice clean establishment, an overall good experience all round..
Service is not good not perfect results.i book the appointment for 20 minutes scan but just only 7 minutes vscan and he say done everything is fine but not fine i am in hospital right now and scan same body part and results is different.
Had a dating scan here this afternoon and was lovely, really modern and clean clinic. Both reception and sonogropher were great and it was nice to recieve a paper report vs just an email which most clinics offer.
Will be booking future scans here.
Amazing service. I called for an urgent scan due to pain, and they saw me the same day. All the staff were friendly, kind and considerate. The ultrasound was a breeze and so gentle compared to what I’ve experienced with the NHS! Would use them again. Thank you ladies!

The receptionists are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The ladies who perform the scans are very patient, take the time to answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely recommend having your scans done here.

We have just been for our second scan here, and going somewhere where we haven't been before for something as personal as an ultrasound can be a bit unnerving, but the place was very welcoming and friendly, especially with young children. The sonographer both times was very friendly. (Just give extra time for finding parking!)
