I’ve been with ultra hair clinic for little under a year and they’ve been extremely accommodating to all my needs, the staff are lovely and the services they provide are second to none, I recommend them to anyone that is losing their hair as they have the best genuine products. As it is a touchy subject, you want to make sure you are getting your moneys worth and I’m certain you will with ultra hair clinic.

Wow what can I say! What a fantastic experience from start to finish. For some background on my journey I lost my hair 6 years ago and my confidence and social life completely deteriorated. I felt depressed, hopeless and unattractive even after reassurance from my loved ones. I tried many over the counter products with no success and itchy hair pieces that made me want to scream!!!! I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone to take the plunge and book my consultation and she was so oatient and understanding I already had a good feeling about this clinic, I was finally understood and listened to and I hadn't even stepped foot in the building yet. Thank you Gabbie for setting the tone. On my consultation day I was greeted by another lovely lady named Amy who welcomed me with a coffee and helped steady my nerves before I went into my appointment. Again I felt heard!!!! I was seen very promptly and discreetly. I saw Tam for my consultation and felt at home instantly. We decided on a beautiful hair system as this method fit my lifestyle and expectations and all my requirements were taken. I tried on an example hair system to give me an idea of what it may look like and I was blown away - I saw the vision that was my old self returning. Tam was patient and kind and I can't thank her enough. The order process was smooth and easy and my order arrived bang on time. I was invited in for a hair system viewing to approve my order and it was a big fat yes all round!!!!! On my fitting day I has some nerves as expected but My stylist abbie reassured me and listened to me and once I had relaxed into the appointment omg we had so much fun the time passed by like nothing and before I knew it I was ME!! for the first time in years I was crying Happy tears over My hair!! I have since had maintenance appointments with both jade and abbie and every time it's a fun and uplifting experience. Thank you ultra for giving Me My life back! I feel confident and attractive and just like me! Thats the only way to describe it. People who know me have assumed My hair has regrown and those who i have discslosed to of my own accord that know I wear a system have been so supportive. My only negative of this experience is that I didn't do it sooner!!! Tam & Adam your team is Phenomenal! Keep it up and see you all in a few weeks.

It took me a long while before I was ready to write a review for ultra hair clinic. I wanted to wait at least six months of my treatment before I make a rounded understanding of their environment and professionalism. I have been with a few other clinics and have undergone hair transplants with them, they advised that I top up my treatment with prp injections and laser. I went to a few clinics and after my initial consultation here I was sent home with literature. The consultation went smoothly and I was advised that an imminent decision to go onto treatment with them was not necessary and that I should go home and think about it as they dislike any forms of hard selling. They wanted me to research around more on the treatment advised and make a decision in my own time, this right here made me feel so at ease. I was comfortable straight away, the reception staff particularly Caitlin really made me feel at ease and the consultant was very professional with empathy in circumstances of hair loss. I guess it is very personal to everyone. I really enjoy it here, the team are great and the place is super tidy and clean in all the laser rooms. Comfortable chairs and the team couldn’t do anymore to ensure my time with them is both productive, professional and fun. I strongly recommend this clinic, many clinics may offer the same treatment but not all clinics have the same ethics. Here you will know they care about you and treat you with respect and any issues I ever encountered was dealt promptly and adequately. Keep up the good work guys.

I have tried to book with this clinic twice now & they have cancelled obviously too busy & don't need the business. Had enough now I will go elsewhere as it makes me think what will they be like if & when treatment starts. Not great for someone who is looking for answers & help for hair loss!

Terrible Service Went to them to get a new hair system after reading their reviews online. In our pre order consultation they were good enough to place the order. They explained that the sytem will take 4 weeks to arrive and took my hair sample to match the colour. They also booked an appointment after 4 weeks and told me that they will reconfirm a week before the appointment. But nobody called before the appointment and when I called to check whether the system has arrived or not, they said ohh yea it has arrived and you can come for the booked slot. I was not happy with this but ignored it. On the day the hair stylist came with two completely different colour hair systems and asked which one you want, which was a surprise, as if they have ordered one specially for me then why she is asking me to pick one of the two. After picking one, she said they will dye this system to match the colour which was 2nd surprise. She fixed the system on my head and did the cutting within 30-40 mins and refused to do any trimming or blending saying its a barber job, which was 3rd surprise. As they explained this in our pre order consultation that they will take care of everything after every 4 weeks and charge me £50. Now they were telling me to pay £50 to them every 4 weeks for cleaning and then go to barber and pay him £40 extra. The glue and tape they used didn't stick the system and started lifting while sitting there and the stylist asked me to keep pushing it down and it will stick eventually, which it didn't. I took my 1st shower after 30 hours (they advised to wait until 24 hours) and the system was lifted from front and both sides and it made a crease in the middle as well. The system colour didnt match my hair at all and the hair were super thick compare to my original hair and it kept lifting my scalp every hour. There was no finishing at all and the hair line on my forehead was all messed up and lifted. Which made it look so fake and embarrassing that I couldn't go out all weekend. Went back to them on Monday and they tried to cover saying that they always order two systems and some glue don't stick on every scalp so they will use another one. I was so annoyed that I asked them to take it off and give me a refund (which they did after couple of days). They were unable to stick the system on my scalp despite going to them 3 times in the 1st week. In my last call they asked me to come back but I had enough of them. Hair were falling a lot from day one and the consultant said its normal that new system will loose hair in 1st few days but when I told this to stylist, she was surprised that this much hair are falling. After 3 weeks centre part of the system has lost 50% hair compare to rest, and it seems that I will be bold again in next couple of weeks. They never ordered a system for me and used a stock system from their shelf which never matched. The colour faded in couple of weeks and some parts are changed to orange. So, all in all I am going through a nightmare with such a terrible service. Its so embarrassing to see my hair falling everywhere I go. Don't know where have they got so many reviews from.

The first pic is my haircut from last year and the 2nd pic is the one from today's appt. I enjoy seeing Amy for the 3rd time. I'm happy and relieved that I found a hairstylist that makes me feel comfortable and confident. Amy is always sweet and is a good listener, she does my hair how I want it even tho it's not much change to it and she styles it so neat and pretty. I'm also thankful that I was able to find a hair salon that feels welcoming and calm vibes. I appreciate this hair salon, especially Amy. I recommend trying this place and seeing which stylists works for you :)

I really enjoyed my experience at Ultra Hair Studio. I've been with the same hairstylist for a while now but when neither of them responded I was forced to look elsewhere. I went on a deep dive yelp search and came across Ultra Hair Studio and saw people were saying good things about Amy and how she was good with curly hair. I made my appointment and it was such a great experience. The salon is cute and has calming vibes which is nice for relaxing. As for Amy she is fun, talkative, and really listens to what you want. She takes her time and is very detailed. Being a SAHM it was nice to talk to another adult and we had some good laughs. I HIGHLY recommend Amy and will definitely be back.
