Nearly impossible to get assistance. I see someone replies to messages here so im gonna give it a try. I have tried for weeks to get some help for a inverter issue. Finally after a couple weeks I get a response via email. Only to be handed off to call somewhere else. Your employee then cc'd me intentionally or accidentally with Midwest Automotive saying "This person is complaining that she has not been able to get a hold of you. However, I don't think she has emailed you either" I most certainly tried emailing and calling. Since I didn
't get a reply I contacted Ultimate Toys again letting them know I tried the email and phone number and if they could help. This is poor customer service. Please Help!!!!
