I am a Tour Director for high school music groups. This past season the company I work with used Ultimate for the first time. For my last two groups Mark Mensah was either on his own or with a second person. Honestly, I cannot think of any other time when I have been so impressed by the quality of the service provided to my groups. Mark and his associate were professional in every way from the uniform they wore to coming early each night to dealing appropriately with the students.
