Ultimate Security Services Reviews

Alisha Khan 2026.09.17

Ultimate Security Service is an organization that takes client protection and overall security very seriously. Their structured approach to safety makes it easy for clients and visitors alike to feel completely at ease knowing they are in protected hands. The day to day operations are handled with a strong focus on maintaining a secure environment, and the team works hard to support the core mission of safety.

I am disappointed with the company's service. The mobile guards seem inadequately trained and often behave arrogantly, which negatively affects the overall customer experience.

We installed a new front gate facing the street at our facility and had ultimate security provide services for us during the construction, which took about two weeks. They were very professional and the guards were punctual and observant.

I am a Tour Director for high school music groups. This past season the company I work with used Ultimate for the first time. For my last two groups Mark Mensah was either on his own or with a second person. Honestly, I cannot think of any other time when I have been so impressed by the quality of the service provided to my groups. Mark and his associate were professional in every way from the uniform they wore to coming early each night to dealing appropriately with the students. I know our company will use their services again. Thank you Ultimate!
