Garbage service, if you have a parking issue they don’t work with you in anyway or even get back to you when you have a dispute even after calling every day for a week with the promise of having a “manager” call back and the price isn’t worth it service

Our household has recently joined USS and we are very pleased with their service. Our cameras capture the USS vehicle passing our home and others around me between 15 and 20 times a night and sometimes more. The driver even engaged with my son who came home very late one night to ensure he was a member of the household.
Tony and his team have been very professional in dealing with us and the call-in centre very responsive to calls from their drivers when inappropriate activity at a home is detected.
Would recommend hiring USS.

This company is completely fraud. They sell their customers on a certain type of security and then offer another. I would never trust them .
We provide Security services to neighborhoods throughout York Region.
The allegations provided and maintained by Radha & Deepak Khullar that our guards were not performing their duties, even after the committee had reviewed the video footage proving that the allegations were false, and the subsequent intimidation of our guards by Radha & Deepak Khullar make it clear that Radha & Deepak Khullar are dissatisfied with our services and looking for issues to support their perspective. In addition, they have communicated and spread false information about our officers to your "chat group"; in other words, they have engaged in slander. We cannot have clients that are dissatisfied. We have completely refunded your money in full.
