Im OBSESSED with this shop but there's a flaw: I live in Europe!! so I can't order online because it's only available in the USA and I'm sad about this... so I'll make a request that most likely won't even be read: can you come to Europe??? If your over 50, prepared to be ignored. I walked passed lots of associates, tried on makeup and was completely ignored. I was there for a half hour. I didn't want to share my phone number with my purchase and no thank you was not enough.

Haydee I. did an AMAZING JOB on my hair. She spent the entire day focused on making the color just the way I wanted. She was transparent about my vision vs realistic results. She remained professional the entire time while also respecting my autonomy. Mariah D. has also been a catalyst in creating the perfect cut and color for me in the past and also assisted Haydee during this visit. It’s very clear to me that the Ulta stylists work as a team and treat their clients with the upmost respect and care. I will be returning and I highly recommend Haydee and Mariah to others for impeccable service no matter what the beauty need!

Didn't have the shampoo and conditioner I went in for Plus selection of Ulta brand makeup products was limited as well. Decided to get my products elsewhere

One pro- semi clean… I looked for help and the workers just pointed in a direction if they even acknowledged me at all. I asked about allergies and components of makeup and they did not know, which is understandable but disappointing. They seem to be out of stock more often too.
